In this paper, a new comprehensive gearbox fault diagnosis method was proposed based on rank-order morphological filter, ensemble empirical mode decomposition (EEMD) and grey incidence. Firstly, the rank-order morphological filter was defined and the line structure element was selected for rank-order morphological filter to de-noise the original acceleration vibration signal. Secondly, de-noised gearbox vibration signals were decomposed into a finite number of stationary intrinsic mode functions (IMF) and some IMFs containing the most dominant fault information were calculated the energy distribution. Finally, due to the grey incidence has good classify capacity for small sample pattern identification; these energy distributions could serve as the feature vectors, the grey incidence of different gearbox vibration signals was calculated to identify the fault pattern and condition. Practical results show that the proposed method can be used in gear fault diagnosis effectively.

For the limitations of HHT of the internal combustion engine vibration signal analysis, and the problem of WVD cross-term suppression methods existing aggregation and cross-term component suppression conflicting, the time-frequency analysis method based on EMD white noise energy density distribution characteristics of the internal combustion engine vibration is proposed. First, the internal combustion engine vibration signal was decomposed into the independent series intrinsic mode function (IMF) with different characteristic time scales by using EMD decomposition method. Then, based on the energy density distribution characteristics of the white noise in EMD decomposition, used the distribution interval estimation curve of the IMFs energy density logarithm of white noise with the same length of the original signal as cordon for false pattern component, identified and eliminated false mode component of vibration signal IMFs component, analysised of each IMF with Wigner-Ville. Finally, the Wigner-Ville analysis results of each IMF were linear superposed in order to reconstruct the original signal time-frequency distribution. Simulation and engine vibration time-frequency analysis results show that this method has an excellent time-frequency characteristics, and can successfully extract feature information of the internal combustion engine cylinder head vibration signal.

It is conducive to reducedamage of blasting vibration to realize energy distribution and attenuation lawof single-hole blasting vibration signal. With the measured single-holeblasting vibration velocity curves, used wavelet packet analysis technologywith high-resolution character, the law of energy distribution of single-holeblasting vibration signals in different frequency bands, and the effect ofblasting source and distance from the source on single-hole blasting vibrationsignal energy distribution were analysised. The results show that the energy ofsingle-hole blasting vibration signals attenuation very quickly in thefrequency domain concentration distribution in 0~100Hz; and distance from thesource has significant influence on energy distribution in the frequencydomain; The energy is mainly distributed in the low frequency band whendistance from the source is larger, which has guiding significance inmitigation of blast-induced vibrations.
