In recent years, the output of construction waste in China has been increasing. 70% of more than 600 large and medium-sized cities in China are surrounded by waste, of which the contribution rate of construction waste reaches 40%. Compared with some developed countries, China lacks real-time monitoring and intelligent control of the whole process of construction waste. In this paper, the popular “BIM + GIS” technology is introduced into the field of construction waste supervision. Based on this technology, a real-time monitoring and intelligent management and control information management platform for construction waste is established, so as to achieve accurate management and control of construction waste.
