Structure and temperature dependent electrical properties of lead-free Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3- SrZrO3ceramics

TEM and PFM studies revealed the intriguing domain morphology of (K,Na,Li)(Nb,Ta,Sb)O3 lead-free piezoelectric polycrystals. Temperature-dependent electrical properties in terms of piezoelectric coefficient d33 and normalized strain d33* were also investigated.
