Rehabilitation is a process that allows individuals to return to the highest possible level of function. Usually aims to restore the level of function that is the same or higher than the level of function before the illness. Nurses in implementing mental nursing care use scientific methods in the form of nursing processes, interacting with clients, both individuals, families, and communities to achieve client independence.
