: Advancement in technology particularly the development of smart application has caused a paradigm shift in software development. Teams for developing software do not need to be physically present at all times. Members of development teams may be at remote sites but still communicate with each other. Technology has enabled the creation of virtual teams. While technology put at the disposal of software development teams a range of devices for supporting their communication interaction, members still face many challenges in terms of time difference, language barriers and cultural diversification. Ineffective communication among team members lead to delays in software development and contribute much to make project failures. The primary focus of this research is to identify how communication in virtual teams may become efficient. A survey is carried to assess the factors which affect communication in virtual teams. Different team sizes are considered and their relevance and differences in communication interaction are studied. More in-depth data are extracted for this research by interviewing potential members of virtual teams who work and interact from remote sites. The factors which influence communication interaction is finally established which help in successfully managing virtual team projects

In the last decades, technologies have been adopted by Higher Education Institutions, all over the world, as tools to approach new pedagogical practices for their programs. This paper aims to present an experience on the use of tools for communication, interaction and collaboration in a project-based learning on distance education. The project is developed virtually, with students organized in groups in order to develop a solution to a real problem. Therefore, with the use of technology, it is intended to provide those involved with forms of communication and interaction. Technologies in a context like this are considered strong allies of the teaching process developed under the perspective of collaborative work and the development of student autonomy. The collected data show results that indicate the used tools have promoted collaboration between the students, who have learned by developing solutions to problems.        Keywords: Higher education; distance education; collaborative learning.

This article, elaborated through bibliographic research, has as a fundamental question the way individuals learn and interact in the context of organizations. Aiming to address how individual learning contributes to organizational learning among individuals. From the literature analyzed, it was found that the knowledge and knowledge acquired individually by people must be added to the communication, interaction and sharing skills with colleagues, within the scope of organizations, so that together they learn the culture, internal system, objectives and practices inherent to it, in order to achieve the existing goals.

One of the approaches to the communication interaction organization, the most widely discussed, strategic one, allows one to abandon other approaches that are less effective in the context of intense competition. The paper shows that, despite the increased attention to the strategic planning of communications, there is a research literature controversy regarding the definition of its subject matter both in theory and practice. Even more relativistic is the idea of the specifics of strategic communication in a particular area. The purpose of this article is to analyze the main parameters of strategic communication as a special type of activity. The method of analysis is modeling. To achieve the goal, an activity model of strategic communication is developed, which allows clarifying its most important characteristics – motivation, purposefulness, hierarchy of tasks, structure (phases and individual actions). On this basis, in the future, it is possible to determine the specifics of the implementation of strategic communication in a specific area: the content of communication procedures, actions, steps.

This is a feasibility qualitative study involving a triangulation data collection method. The aim of the study is to develop a qualitative research to explore the lived experience of deaf individuals in attempt to view and understand their experience from their perspectives. This preliminary study involved a semi-structured interview with one deaf participant, observations of short video clips, and document review of relevant blog entries by a deaf individual from Malaysia. Thematic analysis was completed, and six emerging themes found were access, communication/interaction, gaining perspectives, interpreters, optimistic, and social support. As this was a feasibility study, modifications were made throughout the study. Limitations of this study was documented and taken into consideration in designing further studies.

IoT refers to connecting multiple objects (cars, home appliances etc.) to internet and they are capable of sending and receiving electronic information through sensors and APIs. Internet of Vehicles (IoV) is an application of IoT, which involves connecting vehicles to internet to provide intelligent transportation, smart and safe driving in private/public vehicle. In this paper we are projecting the applications of IoV, different architecture models, communication interaction models and challenges in IoV. This paper would be helpful for researchers to further explore the potentials of IoV.

The article presents the experience of extending educational activities in the form of practical training to academic disciplines implemented for students of special psychologists at the bachelor’s and master’s levels. According to the new requirements, practical training of students-special psychologists can be carried out both directly at the university and in the organization that carries out activities in the profile of the corresponding educational program. Practical training in the academic disciplines’ implementation is traditionally organized through seminars, workshops, where students master certain types of work related to their future profession. For a special psychologist, all types of professional activities are associated with communication, interaction with people, so the joint productive activity of the teacher and students in the classroom, as well as in the organization that carries out activities in the profile of the educational program, is crucial. The article reveals the content of undergraduates-special psychologists’ practical training in the disciplines “Technologies for designing adapted educational programs”, “Psychological and pedagogical correction of impaired development”, “Psychological and pedagogical counseling of persons with disabilities”, the content of practical training of bachelors – special psychologists in the disciplines “Psychological and pedagogical technologies of correctional work”, “A workshop on solving professional problems in the field of correctional and pedagogical activity”, “Study, education and rehabilitation of persons with complex developmental disabilities”. Keywords: special (defectological) education, practical training, students-special psychologists, children with disabilities, profile organization

In the context of globalization and growing cross-cultural relations, this problem is very relevant. This article discusses the concept of "cross-cultural competence", as well as the use of the "language portfolio" technology in teaching a foreign language as an effective educational technology for the formation of cross-cultural competence. For full-fledged cross-cultural communication, interaction with representatives of other countries, the student must not only speak a foreign language, but also have cross-cultural competence. In this regard, the "language portfolio" technology allows students to develop language skills and cross-cultural competencies.
