The accuracy of land value directly affects the size of the project development profit in real estate development project, more will be related to the project success and failure. According to the characteristics of the real estate development, land prices in the mature real estate, on the basis of influence factors, the grey correlation analysis model is set up by using the value of developed successful plot, to estimate the land value, and combined with examples to provide a reference for scientific decision-making to real estate developers.

This paper mainly researches the problem that enterprises select equipment resource in manufacturing resources sharing system. There are many influencing factors and some are uncertain or unqualified in the selection, therefore this paper using AHP and grey correlation analysis to evaluate and select. Firstly, the selection index system of equipment resource according to AHP is established, and then selection model based on multi-hierarchical grey correlation analysis is constructed. Applying this model to help enterprise select equipment can avoid errors resulted from human objective cognition difference and equalitarianism. The select result is more scientific and reasonable, and more in line with the enterprise requirements.

Improving safety management and risk evaluation methods is important for the global mining industry, which is the backbone of the industrial development of our society. To prevent any accidental loss or harm to human life and property, a safety risk assessment method is needed to perform the continuous risk assessment of mines. Based on the requirements of mine safety evaluation, this paper proposes the Pb-Zn mine safety risk evaluation model based on the fuzzy-grey correlation analysis method. The model is compared with the risk assessment model based on the fuzzy TOPSIS method. Through the experiments, our results demonstrate that the proposed fuzzy-grey correlation model is more sensitive to risk and has less effect on the evaluation results under different scoring attitudes (cautious, rational, and relaxed).

The gray correlation analysis model of the Chery A3 automotive air-conditioning system (SQRWXJS-A308) was established. Gray theoretical analysis method was used to analyze the grey correlation grade of four kinds air-conditioning system development plans, we get the sorting of grey relational grade of technical indexes such as air conditioning manufacturing cost, power consumption, difficulty of manufacturing, system reliability and so on. Comprehensive judgments on the merits of Chery A3 air conditioning system were made.
