A pot experiment was set up using completely randomized design (CRD) to compare the influences of different commonly available organic manures in the markets of Dhaka, Bangladesh on the growth parameters and nutrient contents in Mint plants (Mentha sp.). Eight different manures were used as treatments for the comparison, viz. ACI, Alo, Annopurna Vermicompost, Cow dung, Kazi, Mazim, Modern Vermicompost and Trichocompost GBD, along with a control, taking three replications of each treatment. After 2.5 months (75 days) the plants were harvested. Trichocompost GBD showed the highest average number of leaves (130.33 plant-1), plant height (27.67 cm plant-1), number of branches (11.00 plant-1) and number of stolons at harvest (1.67 plant-1). The maximum average single leaf area (2.01 cm2 plant-1) and fresh weight (1.68 g plant-1) were observed in Kazi. ACI was observed to have the highest dry weight (0.26 g plant-1), whereas cow dung had the longest root (8.57 cm plant-1). Nutrient accumulation in leaf and stem exhibited the highest N in ACI, highest P and K in Alo, and highest S in Kazi. Correlation analysis of the explored traits with nutrient concentration of plant shoots was performed to elucidate the impact of plant nutrient contents on the analysed parameters. J. Biodivers. AbstractThe pathophysiology of major depressive disorder (MDD) remains obscure. Recently, the microbiota-gut-brain (MGB) axis’s role in MDD has an increasing attention. However, the specific mechanism of the multi-level effects of gut microbiota on host metabolism, immunity, and brain structure is unclear. Multi-omics approaches based on the analysis of different body fluids and tissues using a variety of analytical platforms have the potential to provide a deeper understanding of MGB axis disorders. Therefore, the data of metagenomics, metabolomic, inflammatory factors, and MRI scanning are collected from the two groups including 24 drug-naïve MDD patients and 26 healthy controls (HCs). Then, the correlation analysis is performed in all omics. The results confirmed that there are many markedly altered differences, such as elevated Actinobacteria abundance, plasma IL-1β concentration, lipid, vitamin, and carbohydrate metabolism disorder, and diminished grey matter volume (GMV) of inferior frontal gyrus (IFG) in the MDD patients. Notably, three kinds of discriminative bacteria, Ruminococcus bromii, Lactococcus chungangensis, and Streptococcus gallolyticus have an extensive correlation with metabolome, immunology, GMV, and clinical symptoms. All three microbiota are closely related to IL-1β and lipids (as an example, phosphoethanolamine (PEA)). Besides, Lactococcus chungangensis is negatively related to the GMV of left IFG. Overall, this study demonstrate that the effects of gut microbiome exert in MDD is multifactorial.

Examining the influence of land use/land cover transformation on meteorological variables has become imperative for maintaining long-term climate sustainability. Rapid growth and haphazard expansion have caused the conversion of prime agricultural land into a built-up area. This study used multitemporal Landsat data to analyze land use/land cover (LULC) changes, and Terra Climate monthly data to examine the impact of land transformation on precipitation, minimum and maximum temperature, wind speed, and soil moisture in the Aurangabad district of Maharashtra state in India during 1999–2019. Multiple linear regression and correlation analysis were performed to determine the association among LULC classes and climatic variables. This study revealed rapid urbanization in the study area over the years. The built-up area, water bodies, and barren lands have recorded a steep rise, while the agricultural area has decreased in the district. Drastic changes were observed in the climatic variables over the years. The precipitation and wind speed have shown decreasing trends during the study period. A positive relationship between soil moisture and agricultural land was found through a correlation analysis. Conspicuous findings about the positive relationship between the agricultural land and maximum temperature need further investigation. A multiple linear regression analysis demonstrated a negative relationship between the built-up area and precipitation. The intensity of the precipitation has reduced as a consequence of the developmental activities in the study area. Moreover, a positive relationship was observed between the built-up area and maximum temperature. Thus, this study calls for policy implications to formulate a futuristic land-use plan considering climate change projection in the district.

Environmental regulation and technological innovation play important strategic roles in green growth, and the three systems interact and influence each other. Herein, we used a comprehensive development level evaluation model for calculating the environmental regulation and technological innovation indices for 17 cities in Shandong Province. We used the slack-based measure-data envelopment analysis (SBM-DEA) model to measure green development efficiency. The coupling coordination degree model was used to determine the coordination of environmental regulation, technological innovation, and green development; we divided the cities into three systems: green economy lagging, environmental regulation lagging, and technological innovation lagging. We used grey correlation analysis to explore the factors affecting system development. Eastern coastal cities were better developed in the three systems and the degree of coupling and coordination, like Qingdao and Weihai, and the observed level of technological innovation development, a critical factor in the coordinated development of cities, was lowest in Shandong Province. The grey correlation analysis illustrated that the level of economic development and the level of foreign economic development impacts cities labeled green economy lagging; the impact of pollutant emissions is greater than pollution control expenditure in environmental regulation lagging cities; and the government’s attention and the cultivation and attraction of talent are foundational for technological innovation in lagging cities. Considering these factors, we make recommendations for the optimal development of cities and coordinated development of regions.

In the present study, we used big data analysis to examine the key attributes related to stress and mental health among Korean Taekwondo student-athletes. Keywords included “Taekwondo + Student athlete + Stress + Mental health”. Naver and Google databases were searched to identify research published between 1 January 2010 and 31 December 2019. Text-mining analysis was performed on unstructured texts using TEXTOM 4.5, with social network analysis performed using UCINET 6. In total, 3149 large databases (1.346 MB) were analyzed. Two types of text-mining analyses were performed, namely, frequency analysis and term frequency-inverse document frequency analysis. For the social network analysis, the degree centrality and convergence of iterated correlation analysis were used to deduce the node-linking degree in the network and to identify clusters. The top 10 most frequently used terms were “stress”, “Taekwondo”, “health”, “player”, “student”, “mental”, “exercise”, “mental health”, “relieve”, and “child.” The top 10 most frequently occurring results of the TF-IDF analysis were “Taekwondo”, “health”, “player”, “exercise”, “student”, “mental”, “stress”, “mental health”, “child” and “relieve”. The degree centrality analysis yielded similar results regarding the top 10 terms. The convergence of iterated correlation analysis identified six clusters: student, start of dream, diet, physical and mental, sports activity, and adult Taekwondo center. Our results emphasize the importance of designing interventions that attenuate stress and improve mental health among Korean Taekwondo student-athletes.

AbstractMacrophage-derived exosomes (Mφ-Exo) have multidimensional involvement in tumor initiation, progression, and metastasis, but their regulation in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is not fully understood. RBPJ has been implicated in macrophage activation and plasticity. In this study we assess the role of exosomes derived from RBPJ-overexpressed macrophages (RBPJ+/+ Mφ-Exo) in HCC. The circular RNA (circRNA) profiles in RBPJ+/+ Mφ-Exo and THP-1-like macrophages (WT Mφ)-Exo was evaluated using circRNA microarray. CCK-8, Transwell, and flow cytometry analyses were used to evaluate the function of Mφ-Exo-circRNA on HCC cells. Luciferase reporter assays, RNA immunoprecipitation, and Pearson’s correlation analysis were used to confirm interactions. A nude mouse xenograft model was used to further analyze the functional significance of Mφ-Exo-cirRNA in vivo. Our results shown that hsa_circ_0004658 is upregulated in RBPJ+/+ Mφ-Exo compared to WT Mφ-Exo. RBPJ+/+ Mφ-Exo and hsa_circ_0004658 inhibits proliferation and promotes apoptosis in HCC cells, whereas hsa_circ_0004658 knockdown stimulated cell proliferation and migration but restrained apoptosis in vitro and promotes tumor growth in vivo. The effects of RBPJ+/+ Mφ-Exo on HCC cells can be reversed by the hsa_circ_0004658 knockdown. Mechanistic investigations revealed that hsa_circ_0004658 acts as a ceRNA of miR-499b-5p, resulting in the de-repression of JAM3. These results indicate that exosome circRNAs secreted from RBPJ+/+ Mφ inhibits tumor progression through the hsa_circ_0004658/miR-499b-5p/JAM3 pathway and hsa_circ_0004658 may be a diagnostic biomarker and potential target for HCC therapy.

This study was conducted from March 29th to April 25th 2021 to investigate the effect of customer experience factors on beauty product satisfaction in beauty live commerce, focusing on women in their 20s and 30s who watched Chinese beauty live commerce broadcasts and purchased beauty products. By the 25th, WeChat and WenJuanXing program were used to analyze 323 copies investigated. For data analysis, we used t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's multiple range test, Correlation Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis on the basis of SPSSWIN 21.0 program, and the results are as follows. The group is generally characterized as women in their 20-30's years old and unmarried. Their final educational background is a university degree, and the monthly income is less than 1 million to 2 million won. Occupation among them is highest as a profession. The average of all customer experience factors of beauty products was 3.64, and the average of the overall satisfaction with beauty products was 3.68, which was high. There are significant differences in customer experience factors and satisfaction with beauty products in different occupations. It is found that both the quantitative and qualitative services of beauty product satisfaction are significantly positively correlated with the customer experience factors of beauty products. The results confirmed that customer experience factors such as information provision services and personalized services in Beauty Live Commerce have a great impact on the satisfaction of beauty products. Proposed direction of the services provided, in order to make more effective use of Chinese women live beauty product marketing business in the future.

Cartoons present a unique attraction for children, and the action genre is one of the television programs that primarily broadcast. Children observe characters in action cartoons and repeat what they see or hear. This study aims to determine whether the effect of aggressive behavior in children when watching action cartoons. The research approach is quantitative. The subject was 12 children aged 5-6 years in the Doa Ibu Kindergarten, Makasar. The researcher used data collection techniques in descriptive statistical analysis and Pearson Product Moment Correlation analysis. The results showed a positive relationship between watching action cartoons and aggressive behavior of children aged 5-6 years and included in the category of moderately influential. To reduce these effects, interventions that must be carried out need to be studied further.

In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted with women aged 20 to 50, in order to find how the service quality of eyelash beauty treatment and perceived value influence their behavior intention. For data analysis, SPSS23.0 and JAMOVI 1.6.16 program were used. For reliability verification, Cronbach’s α value was analyzed, and Pearson correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted. Firstly, according to the analysis on the influence of service quality on perceived value, assurance and empathy as the factors of service quality positively and significantly influenced perceived value. Secondly, according to the analysis on the influence of service quality and perceived value on behavior intention, assurance positively and significantly influenced behavior intention; responsiveness negatively and significantly influenced behavior intention. Therefore, The more assurance in perceived value and service quality, and the lower responsiveness in service quality, the more behavior intention.
