The research on the relationship between human resource management activities and performance is an important topic of enterprise human resource management research. There are some errors between the relationship between human resource management activities and performance and the real situation, so it is impossible to accurately predict the performance fluctuation. Therefore, the relationship model between human resource management activities and performance based on the LMBP algorithm is constructed. Using the Levenberg–Marquardt (LM) algorithm and BP (back-propagation) neural network algorithm to establish a new LMBP algorithm, control the convergence of the new algorithm, optimize the accuracy of the algorithm, and then apply the LMBP algorithm to predict the risk of performance fluctuation under human resource management activities of enterprises, the indicators of human resource management activities of enterprises are determined, to complete the mining of enterprise performance data, the grey correlation analysis is combined, and the relationship model between human resource management activities and performance is built. The experimental samples are selected from CSMAR database, and the simulation experiment is designed. Using different algorithms to forecast the fluctuation of enterprise performance, the experimental results show that the LMBP algorithm can more accurately reflect the relationship between enterprise HRM and performance.

Environmental regulation and technological innovation play important strategic roles in green growth, and the three systems interact and influence each other. Herein, we used a comprehensive development level evaluation model for calculating the environmental regulation and technological innovation indices for 17 cities in Shandong Province. We used the slack-based measure-data envelopment analysis (SBM-DEA) model to measure green development efficiency. The coupling coordination degree model was used to determine the coordination of environmental regulation, technological innovation, and green development; we divided the cities into three systems: green economy lagging, environmental regulation lagging, and technological innovation lagging. We used grey correlation analysis to explore the factors affecting system development. Eastern coastal cities were better developed in the three systems and the degree of coupling and coordination, like Qingdao and Weihai, and the observed level of technological innovation development, a critical factor in the coordinated development of cities, was lowest in Shandong Province. The grey correlation analysis illustrated that the level of economic development and the level of foreign economic development impacts cities labeled green economy lagging; the impact of pollutant emissions is greater than pollution control expenditure in environmental regulation lagging cities; and the government’s attention and the cultivation and attraction of talent are foundational for technological innovation in lagging cities. Considering these factors, we make recommendations for the optimal development of cities and coordinated development of regions.

Purpose High silicon iron-based alloys possess excellent corrosion resistance in certain specific media, but the effects of electrolysis parameters on corrosion resistance remain unknown. This study aims to guide the development and application of an extra-low carbon high silicon iron-based alloy (ECHSIA) in electrode plates. Design/methodology/approach The corrosion resistance of ECHSIA and a conventional high-silicon cast iron (CHSCI) was analyzed through experimental characterizations. The morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The influence of electrolysis parameters on the corrosion resistance of ECHSIA was investigated through corrosion experiments. The relationship between the electrolysis parameters and the corrosion resistance of ECHSIA was statistically investigated using the grey correlation analysis method. Findings The corrosion resistance of the ECHSIA is better than that of the CHSCI. The corrosion rate showed an increasing tendency with the increase in the nitric acid concentration (CHNO3), electrolyte temperature and current density. The grey correlation analysis results showed that the CHNO3 was the main factor affecting the corrosion rate of the ECHSIA. Originality/value An ECHSIA with a single ferrite microstructure was prepared. This study provides a guideline for the future development and application of ECHSIAs as electrode plates.

Plenty of studies have demonstrated that DIF has an effect on the fruit growth. To study the effects of day and night temperature differences on the strawberry sugar quality, an experiment using climate chambers was conducted. Five different differences between the day and night temperatures (DIF) were set, which were 6 °C (28 °C/22 °C, day/night temperature), 8 °C (29 °C/21 °C), 10 °C (30 °C/20 °C), 12 °C (31 °C/19 °C), 14 °C (32 °C/18 °C). The results showed the following indices peaked with a DIF of 12 °C, including the photosynthesis rate, glucose content, fructose content, sucrose content, soluble sugar content and sugar metabolic enzyme activity. The respiration rate increased with the DIF during the day and decreased with the DIF at night. The root dry weight peaked at a DIF of 10 °C, the stolon dry weight peaked at a DIF of 8 °C and the leaf dry weight peaked at a DIF of 6 °C; however, the fruit dry weight reached maximum values at a DIF of 12 °C. The Grey correlation analysis showed that the most important factor in our experiment affecting the fructose content was the sucrose phosphate synthase; however, for the sucrose, glucose, and soluble sugars, the most important factor was the photosynthesis. We found that a DIF of 12 °C (31 °C/19 °C, day/night temperature) was the most suitable for strawberry growth, especially for the sugar content accumulation.

In recent years, frequent severe haze weather has formed in China, including some of the most populated areas. We found that these smog-prone areas are often relatively a “local climate” and aim to explore this series of scientific problems. This paper uses remote sensing and data mining methods to study the correlation between haze weather and local climate. First, we select Beijing, China and its surrounding areas (East longitude 115°20′11″–117°40′35″, North latitude 39°21′11″–41°7′51″) as the study area. We collected data from meteorological stations in Beijing and Xianghe from March 2014 to February 2015, and analyzed the meteorological parameters through correlation analysis and a grey correlation model. We study the correlation between the six influencing factors of temperature, dew point, humidity, wind speed, air pressure and visibility and PM2.5, so as to analyze the correlation between haze weather and local climate more comprehensively. The results show that the influence of each index on PM2.5 in descending order is air pressure, wind speed, humidity, dew point, temperature and visibility. The qualitative analysis results confirm each other. Among them, air pressure (correlation 0.771) has the greatest impact on haze weather, and visibility (correlation 0.511) is the weakest.

Abstract Counter-roller spinning is an optimal process for forming large diameter cylindrical parts. In this paper, the finite element model of large diameter aluminum alloy cylindrical parts Counter-roller spinning is established, the regularities of distribution of stress and strain of each pass of the workpiece is obtained, as well as the influence of the roller feed ratio and fillet radius on the forming quality is obtained. The process parameters were optimized by grey correlation analysis. In this paper, for large diameter aluminum alloy cylindrical parts, the optimal spinning parameters are obtained as follows: the feed ratio is 1.0mm/r, the rotary roller fillet radius is 8mm. The results of numerical simulation are consistent with those of process test. The technological parameters can be used to guide the actual production of such large diameter cylindrical parts.

Abstract BackgroundThe glycyrrhizic acid biosynthesis pathway does not exist in isolation, but is connected with the biosynthesis pathways of other secondary metabolites in licorice and finally forms a network. Our previous study found that exogenous spraying of appropriate concentration of abscisic acid (ABA) could increase the content of glycyrrhizic acid (GA) in licorice. However, the mechanism of action remains unknown. We aim to understand the molecular mechanism of ABA promoting the synthesis of GA in licorice and find the molecular marker for the high content of GA germplasm material.MethodsWe analyzed the expression of the key gene of β-AS for GA synthesis after applying ABA, the key functional genes NCED1, NCED3 and NCED4 in the process of ABA synthesis were overexpression, and analyzed the relationship between the SNP polymorphism of the NCED1, NCED3, NCED4 and the content of the GA and ABA in 13 different provenances of licorice with the grey correlation analysis. ResultsThe appropriate concentration of ABA treatment could increase the content of the GA through improving the expression of β-AS. There were significant differences in the content of ABA and GA among the 13 provenances, and the 3 members of the NCEDs family of different provenances had abundant SNP variation sites. Grey correlation and overexpression of NCEDs function both showed that the effect of promoting the synthesis of ABA and GA: NCED1 437 bp G type > NCED3 966 bp G type > NCED4 845 bp A type. All of the above indicated that NCEDs gene variation was the reason for the diversity of GA and ABA content. When selecting high GA germplasm, more priority should be given to NCED1 gene 437 bp G type, NCED3 gene 966 bp G type and NCED4 gene 845 bp A type. ConclusionThis study provides a basis for the selection of excellent GA content germplasm of licorice, and provide some reference for producing a high quality cultivated licorice.
