In order to achieve the purpose of improving the travel efficiency of commuters in the periphery of the city, expanding the beneficiary groups of urban rail transit, and alleviating urban road traffic congestion, when planning and setting up HOV in the periphery of the city, it is necessary to analyze the feasibility of HOV lane setting from both the demand conditions and the setting conditions. This paper combines machine learning to construct a decision-making evaluation model for HOV lane setting and studies the optimal layout model and algorithm of HOV lanes in service rail transit commuter chain. The setting, planning, and layout of HOV lanes are a two-way interactive process of traveler's path selection and designer's road planning. Finally, after the model is constructed, the performance of the system model is verified. The results show that the system studied in this paper can be used for traffic data and lane planning analysis. Therefore, in the process of urban operation, the HOV model constructed in this paper is mainly used to alleviate urban traffic and improve urban operation efficiency.

This study was focused on Jin-Yi intercity rail line as a specific object. Three proposal options were designed through Jinhua traffic survey, Yiwu and main township between them, which aimed at the largest population coverage along the station passenger, the widest attract range and the minimum total cost. The first proposal was recommended after comparison. The option location of the 2nd to 4th station from start site was analyzed in the first proposal, considering passengers, demolition amount, transfer shuttle and impact of urban development. Distributive control of the first proposal was complete after determining station location of the intercity township and within Yiwu city. The intercity rail transit construction will benefit for the complementary advantages of Jin-Yi area as the 4th City in Zhejiang and the one hour living circle formation, further promoting the economic and social development between the intercity.

Intercity rail transit's ticket prices as the key sensitive factors affect passenger flow, which is related to the accuracy of the prediction. This paper provides a model based on equilibrium price sensitivity analysis method. In order to make clear the relationship between the intercity rail transit ticket price and passenger flow, analysing the average operation time, cost and other influence factors, establishing the utility function to calculate the utility value, according to the equilibrium flow model of passenger flow, we can get the passenger flow of all kinds of transportation under the equilibrium traffic, on this basis, the sensitivity analysis model is used to get the connection between the traffic and the travel ticket in different modes of transport, In the end ,taking Hang-Shao intercity rail transit for example to analysis the sensitivity of the price. The research results show that the model and the algorithm has the higher reliability.

Intercity rail transit is an important power promoting the integrated development of urban clusters. This paper adopts a social network analysis to analyze the impact of the intercity rail development on the integration of the Pearl River Delta urban cluster in 2010, 2012, and 2020, respectively. The results show that the development of intercity rail transit is generally conducive to enhancing the network development trend of the Pearl River Delta urban cluster, strengthening the inter links and promoting the division of labor within the urban cluster, reinforcing the status of the center cities, thus promoting the integrated development of the Pearl River Delta urban cluster. However, the development of intercity rail transit still cannot break the former core–periphery structure, which may aggravate the unbalanced development among cities. Therefore, on the one hand, accelerating the construction of intercity rail transit is an important path to promote the integrated development of the Pearl River Delta urban cluster; on the other hand, it is necessary to optimize the intercity rail network planning, so that the adverse impact could be mitigated.
