Leagile supply chain integrates lean supply chain and agile supply chain. In this paper, the theory of lean production and agile manufacturing are compared and analyzed, and then the leagile supply chain model and the performance evaluation system based on DEA are established. Based on the above, this paper provides an example of the evaluation system to verify the operability and effectiveness, which can provide the reference for enterprises to improve operating mode of the supply chain or develop a new leagile supply chain.

According to the definition of integrated supply chain performance, improved method of grey relational evaluation and multi-level dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are adopted to comprehensively evaluate the overall performance of the integrated supply chain. Based on these, the Performance Evaluation System (PES) of the integrated supply chain is developed on MATLAB software platform. In the end, the validity and feasibility of the system is validated by an example, and the system can provide a convenient operation tool and scientific, objective decision basis for managers to evaluate the integrated supply chain performance.

With the market competition increasing of power enterprises, strengthen the supply chain management become more and more important. It has an important guiding significance to enhance the level and effect of supply chain management that study the issue of supply chain management and evaluation by using supply chain management maturity (SCMM). This paper makes a combination of supply chain management methods and the particularity of power enterprises, and using the theory of SCMM, to build a SCMM level evaluation system from three aspects of logistics, information flow and capital flow. On this basis, we use a method that combines set-valued statistics with triangular fuzzy number Lo evaluate. Finally, it proves that the SCMM level evaluation system is scientific and rational through examples study.
