The correct data processing of GNSS measurements, as well as a correct interpretation of the results are fundamental factors for analysis of quality of land surveying works. In that sense, it is important to keep in mind that, although, the statistical data provided by the majority of commercials software used for GNSS data processing, describes the credibility of the work, they do not have consistent information about the reliability of the processed coordinates. Based on that assumption, this paper proposes a classification table to classify the reliability of baselines obtained through GNSS data processing. As data input, the GNSS measurements were performed during the years 2006 and 2008, considering different seasons of the year, geometric configurations of RBMC stations and baseline lengths. As demonstrated in this paper, parameters as baseline length, ambiguity solution, PDOP value and the precision of horizontal and vertical values of coordinates can be used as reliability parameters. The proposed classification guarantees the requirements of the Brazilian Law N( 10.267/2001 of the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform (INCRA)

This chapter presents the questions of aviation radioelectronic equipment operation. Operation is the main stage in the life cycle of equipment. This stage is the longest in time and very significant in terms of the costs for equipment reliability providing. Control influences are realized in operation system to provide the efficient functioning of the equipment. The operation system is complex in structure intelligence system and is the object of design and modernization. The chapter deals with the structure of the operation system and its elements interconnection and discusses the models of diagnostic variables, reliability parameters for the case of changepoint presence. An important issue during design and improvement of operation systems is the selection, evaluation, and support of the efficiency indicator. This chapter concentrates on the efficiency indicator substantiation taking into account the effectiveness and operational resources costs. Three data processing strategies analysis allowed choosing the most rational option from maximum efficiency point of view.

Rough set theory and grey theory have the same advantage of processing inaccuracy data, so one fusion algorithm based on them is proposed. The attribute reduction algorithm of rough set theory can reduce the decision table of fault diagnosis, and grey theory can predict the fault based on the new reduced decision table. Then it is verified in some aero radio equipment, and the results indicate that the accuracy of fault prediction is quite higher, which provides the foundation to improve the equipment reliability and maintainability.
