With the growing development of the society nowadays, the economic growth in China is also increasing fast, which deeply influences the decisions and options that university students make to plan for their future and to seek for the opportunities of the internship. This paper analyzes the attitude and the aims towards to internship for the university students, especially for those who major in engineering management, combining the actual cases analysis, this paper introduces the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to build the combination model named Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP). It is applied to better selection of the internship for whom majoring in engineering management. The actual results show that it can solve such multi-factor, multi-level and uncertain decision making problems, which is of practical significance to the university students who are searching for the internship of engineering management.

The performance of the construction sector in Iraq suffers both price fluctuations and inaccurate estimations. Thus, the need for the development of engineering management is of paramount importance. The main objective of this study is to investigate the possibilities for implementing value engineering technique as a tool of construction management in Iraq. Moreover, to develop an overarching framework for the decision-making in construction projects. Analysing an actual case study, the Islamic sciences college at the University of Fallujah, highlighted that the value engineering is an applicable strategy in Iraq since its clear, concise, and obtaining results rapidly. A better alternative was suggested increasing durability and decreasing time and cost consumption. A precast concrete system slightly better than the steel structure due to the factors and conditions of the market. As a result, enhancing rigidity, thermal and sound isolation and code compatibility were the most essential criteria to be considered in such cases.

Nowadays more and more of the reductions of astronomical data are made with electronic computers. As we in Uppsala have an IBM 1620 at the University, we have taken it to our help with reductions of spectrophotometric data. Here I will briefly explain how we use it now and how we want to use it in the near future.
