In this article, through numerical simulation mechanic we investigated that charge structure, exploiting distinct radial detonation velocity explosives, has a remarkable influence on the forming process of shaped charge jet. Based on the numerical computational results, the contribution of charge proportion and filling mode to the shape and velocity of shaped charge jet are mainly analyzed, aiming to identify the best charge proportion. It is demonstrated from numerical experiments that, sub-munitions power is significantly enhanced premised on invariable size of sub-munitions. And this observation can be adopted to design of the warhead arrayed in net in the future.

For improving the damage effect to underwater target of warhead, a kind of metamorphic tapered angle shaped charge is designed, and the damge mechanism is analyzed. The physics modle of tapered and spherical shaped charge under underwater explosion is built, numerical simulation is done by LS-DYNA, the stress distribution and velocity of jet are got. The result shows that the shaped charge jet formed by this kind of structure can provide moving space for latter EFP, which improving the damage effect to target.

A kind of tapered and spherical combined liner shaped charge warhead is researched, and the damage mechanism is analyzed. The physics modle of warhead to columniform hull target is build, numerical simulation is done. The result shows that the shaped charge jet formed by this structure can provide movement space, which is in favor of damaging target with water layer.

In the process of shaped charge ice-breaking , the response of piers is great under the impact of air, ice, water etc, and relates to integral security of the bridge. For the impact on the pier with burst points of the different distances is simulated by ANSYS / DYNA software, summarizes the impact on the pier of shaped charge ice-breaking, and obtains the maximum stress curves of the pier at different distances. Simultaneously, the paper analyses critical damaging- model of the C30 reinforced concrete piers in detail. The conclusion has a major role in guiding when shaped charge ice-breaking appears.
