Aiming at the problem of inaccurate classification of big data information in traditional English teaching ability evaluation algorithms, an English teaching ability evaluation algorithm based on big data fuzzy K-means clustering and information fusion is proposed. Firstly, the author uses the idea of K-means clustering to analyze the collected original error data, such as teacher level, teaching facility investment, and policy relevance level, removes the data that the algorithm considers unreliable, uses the remaining valid data to calculate the weighting factor of the modified fuzzy logic algorithm, and evaluates the weighted average with the node measurement data and gets the final fusion value. Secondly, the author integrates the big data information fusion and K-means clustering algorithm, realizes the clustering and integration of the index parameters of English teaching ability, compiles the corresponding English teaching resource allocation plan, and realizes the evaluation of English teaching ability. Finally, the results show that using this method to evaluate English teaching ability has better information fusion analysis ability, which improves the accuracy of teaching ability evaluation and the efficiency of teaching resources application.

The Unila Internet of Things Research Group (UIRG) was developed online monitoring of power distribution system based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology on Department of Electrical Engineering University of Lampung (Unila), has been running for several months, this system monitored electrical quantities of 3-phase main distribution panel of H-building. The measurement system involve multiple sensors such current sensors and voltage sensors, the measurement data stored in to database server and shown the information in a real-time through a web-based application.Main objective of this research was to capture, analyze, and identified the knowledge pattern of electrical quantities data measurements, using Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) data mining framework, for helping the stake holders to continuous improvement of the quality of electricity services, the initial research limited to total 770847 electrical quantities recorded data that save on database system, since 1 September - 31 October 2018, the dataset consist of 21 attribute electrical quantities such as; voltage, current, power factor values, energy consumption, frequency, on H building 3-Phase main panel control.Rapidminer as leading application on knowledge discovery application was used to analyze the big data, K-Mean cluster algorithm implemented to identify the data pattern, the result indicated that 3-Phase load was unbalanced, and Phase-0 was the most utilized phase, based on from total 5 cluster analysis result.

The implication of mobile English teaching is that English teachers and students use mobile devices for English teaching and communication at the same time. In order to accurately evaluate language interpretation skills, it is necessary to construct a mobile information system sampling model of the restrictive factors of language interpretation skills. Then, the nonlinear information fusion method is combined with the time series cognition method to make a statistical cognition of language interpretation skills. The parameter of language interpretation skills constraint is a set of nonlinear time series. To this end, this paper studies the language interpretation skills mobile information system, proposes language interpretation skills, and constructs the constraint parameters of the language interpretation skills evaluation and cognition using an indicator cognition model. The quantitative recursive cognition method analyzes the language interpretation ability evaluation model and the entropy feature of language interpretation ability and extracts the constraint feature information. The combination of large-scale data information fusion and K-means clustering algorithms provides indexing and integration of index parameters for language interpreting skills. On this basis, the corresponding allocation scheme of teaching resources is formulated to realize the assessment of language interpretation skills. The experimental results of related big data clustering algorithms show that the English teaching method proposed in this paper is highly effective, and the evaluation accuracy and teaching resource utilization rate have been increased by 5% and 6%, respectively.

Background. English is one of the courses offered in all colleges and universities. The quality of English teaching is directly related to the quality of talent training and the development of students themselves. “Teaching quality evaluation” specifically refers to the education evaluation with teaching as the evaluation object. It is the core and foundation of the whole education evaluation. Teaching quality evaluation is based on certain teaching objectives and teaching norms and standards, through the systematic detection and assessment of teaching and learning. Evaluate its teaching effect and the degree of realization of teaching objectives, and use scientific and feasible methods to make corresponding value judgments to improve the process of teaching. To improve the accuracy of English teaching ability evaluation, an English teaching ability evaluation algorithm based on frequency effect is proposed. Methods. The paper proposes an English teaching ability evaluation algorithm based on frequency effect. Firstly, it constructs the evaluation index system of English teaching ability, including expert evaluation system, student evaluation system, and teacher evaluation system. Then, the indexes affecting the evaluation of English teaching ability are quantified by fuzzy synthesis, and the evaluation indexes are refined. Finally, the basic principle of frequency effect is analyzed, combined with the convolutional neural network. Results. The convolutional neural network evaluation model is constructed, the teaching ability indicators are input into the model, the final evaluation results are output, and the design of the English teaching ability evaluation algorithm based on frequency effect is completed. Conclusions. The experimental results show that this method has high accuracy and efficiency.

With the development of the Internet, big data collection, analysis, and processing are flourishing. The study aims to explore the performance management of power enterprises based on multisource information fusion and big data. First, the application of big data to enterprise management is analyzed. Second, the multisource information fusion method is introduced, and the multisource information fusion model is implemented. Finally, the fuzzy language algorithm is used to evaluate the performance management of power enterprises. The results show that the proposed multisource information fusion algorithm has high efficiency in evaluating enterprise performance management. The evaluation result is closer to the actual value than other algorithms, and the maximum acceleration ratio can reach 7, indicating that the algorithm is suitable for processing big data. The performance evaluation shows that enterprises pay most attention to the quality of their products; the weight reached 0.414; and the index weight difference is large. This study promotes the reform of the performance management mode and improves the management efficiency of enterprises through the proposed enterprise performance management strategy. It provides a great reference for the application of big data and information fusion technology.
