Antimicrobial responses play an important role in maintaining intestinal heath. Recently we reported that miR-511 may regulate TLR4 responses leading to enhanced intestinal inflammation. However, the exact mechanism remained unclear. In this study we investigated the effect of miR-511 deficiency on anti-microbial responses and DSS-induced intestinal inflammation. miR-511-deficient mice were protected from DSS-induced colitis as shown by significantly lower disease activity index, weight loss and histology scores in the miR-511-deficient group. Furthermore, reduced inflammatory cytokine responses were observed in colons of miR-511 deficient mice. In vitro studies with bone marrow-derived M2 macrophages showed reduced TLR3 and TLR4 responses in miR-511-deficient macrophages compared to WT macrophages. Subsequent RNA sequencing revealed Wdfy1 as the potential miR-511 target. WDFY1 deficiency is related to impaired TLR3/TLR4 immune responses and the expression was downregulated in miR-511-deficient macrophages and colons. Together, this study shows that miR-511 is involved in the regulation of intestinal inflammation through downstream regulation of TLR3 and TLR4 responses via Wdfy1.

In view of the deficiency that traditional pavement performance evaluation index did not consider the influence of their difference on weight, the grade of the evaluation index also did not take into account intermediate state and the impact of uncertainty on the evaluation results, a determination method of pavement performance evaluation index weight based on entropy theory was developed. The unascertained measurement function of evaluation index was performed by left-half ladder distribution, and unascertained measurement matrix was obtained. The index weight was calculated by minimum entropy theory, and the practicability of this method was verified through a concrete example finally. The results show that there were different weights in different samples, which depended on index measurement function and were the overall characterization of comprehensive measurement of every index. The method which is based on the given weighting factor did not conform to the engineering facts. It was difficult to identify the importance of the pavement performance evaluation index in different samples. The balance of the various indexes is better to be considered in the proposed method, and the comprehensive situation of pavement performance is really reflected, which improves the evaluation of the reliability.

With the development of the Internet, big data collection, analysis, and processing are flourishing. The study aims to explore the performance management of power enterprises based on multisource information fusion and big data. First, the application of big data to enterprise management is analyzed. Second, the multisource information fusion method is introduced, and the multisource information fusion model is implemented. Finally, the fuzzy language algorithm is used to evaluate the performance management of power enterprises. The results show that the proposed multisource information fusion algorithm has high efficiency in evaluating enterprise performance management. The evaluation result is closer to the actual value than other algorithms, and the maximum acceleration ratio can reach 7, indicating that the algorithm is suitable for processing big data. The performance evaluation shows that enterprises pay most attention to the quality of their products; the weight reached 0.414; and the index weight difference is large. This study promotes the reform of the performance management mode and improves the management efficiency of enterprises through the proposed enterprise performance management strategy. It provides a great reference for the application of big data and information fusion technology.

Eating disorders are potentially life-threatening mental health disorders that require management by a multidisciplinary team including medical, psychological and dietetic specialties. This review systematically evaluated the available literature to determine the effect of including a dietitian in outpatient eating disorder (ED) treatment, and to contribute to the understanding of a dietitian’s role in ED treatment. Six databases and Google Scholar were searched for articles that compared treatment outcomes for individuals receiving specialist dietetic treatment with outcomes for those receiving any comparative treatment. Studies needed to be controlled trials where outcomes were measured by a validated instrument (PROSPERO CRD42021224126). The searches returned 16,327 articles, of which 11 articles reporting on 10 studies were included. Two studies found that dietetic intervention significantly improved ED psychopathology, and three found that it did not. Three studies reported that dietetic input improved other psychopathological markers, and three reported that it did not. One consistent finding was that dietetic input improved body mass index/weight and nutritional intake, although only two and three studies reported on each outcome, respectively. A variety of instruments were used to measure each outcome type, making direct comparisons between studies difficult. Furthermore, there was no consistent definition of the dietetic components included, with many containing psychological components. Most studies included were also published over 20 years ago and are now out of date. Further research is needed to develop consistent dietetic guidelines and outcome measures; this would help to clearly define the role of each member of the multidisciplinary team, and particularly the role of dietitians, in ED treatment.

Human capital, as a synthesis of wisdom and physical fitness condensed in workers, is sometimes confused with technological innovation by existing literature. This paper makes comparisons between these two terminologies. Technological innovation is a short-term activity that attaches importance to economic benefits while human capital accumulation is a long-term strategic process with lifelong benefits, and human capital is the foundation of technological innovation. In empirical part, this paper adopts Solow Residual Method to calculate stock, elasticity and growth rate of human capital of 10 countries after eliminating physical capital, labor force and technological innovation. It is found that human capital stock in the United States is the largest and human capital growth in China is the fastest. Calculation is followed by measurement. We construct a comprehensive index of human capital by using Index Weight Assignment Method and Two-level & Three-factor CES Function to measure and predict human capital level in China. Both calculating and measuring results show that growth rate of China’s human capital is around 5%. In the future, for highquality economic development, China should give priority to human capital development and comprehensively improve human capital competitiveness.

The current evaluation method does not consider the coordination and overall situation of various practical skills, which affects the evaluation contact degree and leads to hidden dangers of production safety. Therefore, an evaluation method of chemical technology safety practical operation ability based on a stochastic model is proposed. Using association rules to design the feature mining algorithm of practical operation ability, combined with crosslayer coding strategy, the mapping relationship between safety accidents and practical operation ability is established. The chemical safety practical operation skills are simulated by a random model, and the practical operation skills are classified and coordinated according to the simulation predictive control results. According to the coordination results, the evaluation index system is constructed, the index weight is determined, and the evaluation model of chemical technology safety operation ability is constructed. The experimental results show that the maximum connection degree of the evaluation method designed in this paper is 88.06%, and the evaluation results are more accurate, which is helpful to improve the production safety of chemical enterprises.

Background Idiopathic intracranial hypertension is characterized by increased intracranial pressure without any pathological findings on neuroimaging, except for signs of high intracranial pressure. Before diagnosing idiopathic intracranial hypertension secondary causes of increased intracranial pressure should be excluded. Objective to characterize the phenotype of patients with secondary intracranial hypertension and to identify possible risk factors for secondary intracranial hypertension. Methods We have systematically searched the PubMed database. The publications were analyzed according to the patient phenotype, age, gender, comorbidities, body mass index/weight status, and additional medication. The results are summarized in four categories: medication, infection, hormonal induced intracranial hypertension and miscellaneous groups of diseases related to sIH. Results We identified 105 eligible papers which included 272 cases. There were 49.6% pediatric cases. Among the adult group,70.9% were women. A total of 40.4% of all cases were obese or overweight, 27% among adults and 13.4% among pediatric cases. Increased BMI and recent weight gain, anemia, renal diseases and hypertension were the most frequent comorbidities related to sIH. Conclusion Among sIH patients, 40.4% were obese or overweight; two thirds were women. We recommend that even patients with a typical IIH phenotype should be screened for secondary causes.
