BACKGROUND: With the gradual improvement of market economy, people' s consumption level is constantly improving, and the quality requirements are getting higher and higher. OBJECTIVES: In order to study the management accounting information analysis platform based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and realize the goal of accounting computerization, the application of AI in expert system is applied to the field of accounting information analysis. METHODS: The combination of subsystems is applied to the construction of AI accounting information Web system, and the feasibility analysis of its theory and technology is carried out. RESULTS: The results show that its effect is obvious: accelerating the flow of all information and promoting the change of enterprise management mode. Moreover, compared with the traditional system algorithm, the accuracy of the system model is improved by 6% and the time delay is reduced by 9ms, which makes the overall management level of the enterprise further improved, the scope of enterprise competition further expanded, the cost of enterprise saved

The management of public opinion and the use of big data monitoring to accurately judge and verify all kinds of information are valuable aspects in the enterprise management decision-making process. The sentiment analysis of reviews is a key decision-making tool for e-commerce development. Most existing review sentiment analysis methods involve sequential modeling but do not focus on the semantic relationships. However, Chinese semantics are different from English semantics in terms of the sentence structure. Irrelevant contextual words may be incorrectly identified as cues for sentiment prediction. The influence of the target words in reviews must be considered. Thus, this paper proposes the TRG-DAtt model for sentiment analysis based on target relational graph (TRG) and double attention network (DAtt) to analyze the emotional information to support decision making. First, dependency tree-based TRG is introduced to independently and fully mine the semantic relationships. We redefine and constrain the dependency and use it as the edges to connect the target and context words. Second, we design dependency graph attention network (DGAT) and interactive attention network (IAT) to form the DAtt and obtain the emotional features of the target words and reviews. DGAT models the dependency of the TRG by aggregating the semantic information. Next, the target emotional enhancement features obtained by the DGAT are input to the IAT. The influence of each target word on the review can be obtained through the interaction. Finally, the target emotional enhancement features are weighted by the impact factor to generate the review's emotional features. In this study, extensive experiments were conducted on the car and Meituan review data sets, which contain consumer reviews on cars and stores, respectively. The results demonstrate that the proposed model outperforms the existing models.

With the development of global economy and society, public relations, as a new management discipline, is more and more applied to enterprise management. At the same time, the definition of public relations in the development process has always been different, each definition explains the characteristics of public relations from different aspects. Therefore, it is particularly important to discuss the role of public relations in enterprise management. Combined with the actual case analysis, public relations in enterprise management can not only build a good image for enterprises, can help enterprises deal with the crisis through difficulties, but also can coordinate the relationship between enterprises and the public.with the development and progress of modern enterprises, public relations is no longer an activity mode of external publicity, but an indispensable management mode in the process of continuous development of enterprises. The scientific management of public relations can not only create a successful brand for the enterprise, but also pave the way for the scientific management within the enterprise, and reasonably regulate the relationship between the enterprise and the outside society, as well as the relationship between the enterprise employees. This paper discusses the application of public relations in enterprise management.

With the negative impact of COVID-19, the continuous recession of economic globalization, and the increasing market competition, enterprise transformation gradually becomes the theme of enterprise management. Although more and more scholars and companies have paid attention to the importance of enterprise transformation, most of the research on it is still at the qualitative level of theoretical descriptions and lacks a comprehensive consideration and empirical research on its motivation and performance. In view of this, this study analyzes the overall driving effect of technological innovation and the internal and external environment on enterprise transformation from the perspective of its drivers and analyzes in depth its causes and consequences for different industries (construction and real estate industries). The study also analyzes the antecedents and consequences of enterprise transformation and its differences in different industries (construction and real estate). In this study, a sample of middle and senior management of 10 companies with a valid sample of 401 is collected. Structural equation modeling results indicate that competitive advantage, technological innovation, and market pressure significantly affect enterprise transformation, which is an antecedent of corporate performance. Further, the results of the multiple-group analysis also reveal some significant differences between the theoretical models of the construction and real estate communities. Finally, suggestions are made based on the findings.

Quantitative evaluation is an important part of enterprise diagnosis, which promotes the scientific and modern management of enterprises. At present, the existing enterprise management evaluation methods cannot complete the mining of enterprise index data, which leads to large error and low significance coefficient in enterprise management evaluation. Therefore, the application of data mining in enterprise lean management effect evaluation is put forward. The process and main functions of data mining are analyzed; data mining algorithm is used to establish the evaluation index system of lean management effect and calculate the index weight. Using the association rules method in data mining, according to the parameters of enterprise lean management level evaluation index and weight value, through the fuzzy set transformation idea, the fuzzy boundary of each index and factor is described by the membership degree, the fuzzy judgment matrix is constructed, and the final evaluation result is obtained by multilayer compound calculation. Experimental results show that this study has a high significance coefficient, and the proposed evaluation method of enterprise lean management effect has ideal accuracy and short time consumption. In practical application, the cumulative contribution rate is higher and has higher stability.

Effective and integrated risk management requires integrating the risk management process into the enterprise management process. Each enterprise takes risks to achieve the planned results. The market economy creates both opportunities to achieve the planned profits and the risk of losses as a result of unfavorable changes in the company's environment and errors within the organization. At the time of making a decision, it is never certain how the conditions for the implementation of the planned project will develop in the future. Accounting, which is the most important element of the system, plays an important role in the risk management process information business unit. Nowadays, all business decisions are burdened with risk, which is why organizations more and more often decide to implement a risk management system.

In the modern era, human resource management is accompanied by the information system which is instrumental in managing human resource processes. In the current competitive and challenging environment, organizational success depends on its effective and efficient human resource. Human resource along with IT professionals can create an environment in an organization for successful adoption of human resource information systems. While considering it as a key factor in modern enterprise management, its burgeoning interest has led to the foundation of this article. The study is to delve deep into the literature and to explore the factors responsible for human resource information system adoption and to identify the barriers in its implementation and to provide suggestions to overcome these barriers. The findings reveal that the factors of human resource information system mentioned in literature are important. These factors should be taken into consideration while adopting Human Resource Information System by integrating Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework with Human-Organization-Technology (HOT) framework.

This study aims to examine changes in enterprise management during the COVID-19 pandemic and develop a universal mechanism for managing digital transformation. Its methodological basis is represented by a terminological analysis of the concepts of automation, digitalisation and digital transformation. Their close consideration enables us to form a conceptual scheme of business digitalisation. In sum, the study process shows that full-fledged and fruitful digital transformation can be achieved through restructuring a company’s business process management system. By comparing the outcomes of using digital platform-based business models, the most promising one was selected for use. Its practical application was studied in Azerbaijan, Russia, and Switzerland using the Network Readiness Index (NRI). The analysis made it possible to form business development strategies for each country reviewed and to develop a universal mechanism for digital transformation management by means of optimisation and modelling. The findings suggest that in pandemic settings, digital enterprise management concentrates on survival, self-learning and cooperation without intermediaries through innovation and the transformation of business processes. The strategies can be used to adopt digital technologies and attract investment. Further research can be directed at detailing the proposed mechanism.
