In order to study the application of image processing technology in remote monitoring and intelligent medical systems, the principle and implementation method of a remote intelligent image monitoring system based on virtual local area network is proposed; this method analyzes the key technologies to be considered in the remote realization of image monitoring, adopts advanced digital image compression coding and decoding technology and digital image transmission technology, and applies intelligent image processing and recognition technology to display, adjust, and track images; it overcomes the defects that the general monitoring system requires excessive intervention by monitoring personnel and low intelligence. After verification, the experimental results show that the proposed model can accurately and efficiently segment nonoverlapping cervical cell images, and compared with other existing models, this model has both higher segmentation accuracy and faster calculation speed. The application of multicast is still only in the laboratory or small local area network; with the further development of network technology, its application prospects will be very broad.

The unattended electromechanical equipments are widely distributed in the harsh environment, which makes it difficult to construct the monitoring system. Therefore, this paper proposes a solution of the remote monitoring system based on Internet, which applies the VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) technology in constructing the network. The network microprocessor STM32F107 is adopted to design a low-cost remote information terminal. The system software is designed based on B/S (Browser/Server) architecture by ASP (Active Server Page) technology, which implements SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and pre-warning system for the unattended electromechanical equipments. The application shows that the system is stable, reliable and worth popularizing.

<p>Rock outcrops are common features of the karst ecosystem The bare rock rate is an important indicator for rocky desertification grades classification, and its accurate extraction can benefit for understanding the distribution characteristics of rock outcrops in desertification areas and the classification of rocky desertification grades. In order to explore the distribution pattern of surface bare rocks in the typical geomorphic environment of the Karst gabin basin, the Mengzi gabin basin was carried out as the research site. The combination of UAV shooting images and digital image processing technology were used, the characteristics of bare rock rate on the karst fault basin after vegetation restoration were shaped. Our results showed that digital image processing technology can be used for extraction of bare rock rate in Karst area, and the effective combination of UAV technology and digital image processing technology can quickly obtain bare rock rate data of typical landform in Karst gabin basins. After performing drone aerial photography on 26 typical landform information under different bare rock distribution conditions on the Mengzi gabin basin, the results of the image processing analysis showed that the bare rock rate is between 2.7%-28.9%. The research provide technical support for the assessment of the karst ecosystem degradation and the evaluation of the current status of rocky desertification in karst gabin basin</p>
