Abstract Video and image monitoring is increasingly appearing in our home, travel and other aspects. Through video and image analysis and comparison of video and image monitoring data, it can provide strong analysis support capabilities for social security prevention and control, traffic command, safety production and so on. Video and image feature modeling is a necessary prerequisite for video and image analysis and comparison. Video and image feature modeling forms video and image feature data. Video and image feature data reflects the most essential information of various elements such as people, vehicles and objects. However, video and image data is easy to be damaged, changed and leaked in the process of collection, aggregation, analysis, modeling and storage, Facing data security risks. This paper proposes a set of video and image feature modeling data security protection mechanism based on domestic algorithm to realize the whole process encryption protection of data acquisition, transmission and storage.

In order to study the application of image processing technology in remote monitoring and intelligent medical systems, the principle and implementation method of a remote intelligent image monitoring system based on virtual local area network is proposed; this method analyzes the key technologies to be considered in the remote realization of image monitoring, adopts advanced digital image compression coding and decoding technology and digital image transmission technology, and applies intelligent image processing and recognition technology to display, adjust, and track images; it overcomes the defects that the general monitoring system requires excessive intervention by monitoring personnel and low intelligence. After verification, the experimental results show that the proposed model can accurately and efficiently segment nonoverlapping cervical cell images, and compared with other existing models, this model has both higher segmentation accuracy and faster calculation speed. The application of multicast is still only in the laboratory or small local area network; with the further development of network technology, its application prospects will be very broad.

BackgroundUnderstanding intra-fractional prostate motions is crucial for stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT). No studies have focused on the intra-fractional prostate motions during re-irradiation with SBRT. The objective was to evaluate these translational and rotational motions in primary treated patients and in the context of re-irradiation.MethodsFrom January 2011 to March 2020, 162 patients with histologically proven prostate cancer underwent prostate SBRT, including 58 as part of a re-irradiation treatment. We used the continuous coordinates of the fiducial markers collected by an orthogonal X-ray dual-image monitoring system. The translations and rotations of the prostate were calculated. Prostate deviations representing overall movement was defined as the length of the 3D-vectors.ResultsA total of 858 data files were analyzed. The deviations over time in the group of primary treated patients were significantly larger than that of the group of re-irradiation, leading to a mean deviation of 2.73 mm (SD =1.00) versus 1.90 mm (SD =0.79), P<0.001. In the re-irradiation group, we identified displacements of -0.05 mm (SD =1.53), 0.20 mm (SD =1.46); and 0.42 mm (SD =1.24) in the left-right, superior-inferior and anterior-posterior planes. Overall, we observed increasing deviations over the first 30 min followed by a stabilization related to movements in the three translational axes.ConclusionThis is the first study to focus on intrafraction prostate motions in the context of re-irradiation. We observed that intra-fraction prostate motions persisted in the setting of re-irradiation, although they showed a significant reduction when compared with the first irradiation. These results will help to better estimate random errors during SBRT treatment of intra-prostatic recurrence after irradiation.

Background: Advances in nanotechnology have enabled the combination of disease diagnosis and therapy into a single nano package that has tremendous potential for the development of new theranostic strategies. The variety of polymer-based materials has grown exponentially over the past several decades. Such materials have great potential as carriers in disease detection imaging and image monitoring and in systems for the precise delivery of drugs to specific target sites. Objective: In the present article, we review recent key developments in the synthesis of polymer-based materials for various medical applications and their clinical trials. Conclusion: There is a growing range of multi-faceted, polymer-based materials with various functions. These functions include carriers for image contrast agents, drug delivery systems, and real-time image-guided systems for noninvasive or minimally invasive therapeutic procedures for cancer therapy.

Anomaly Detection is system which identifies inappropriate human behavior. One of the major problems in computer vision is identifying inappropriate human behavior. It is crucial as activity detection can help many numbers of applications. It can benefit applications like image monitoring, sign language recognization, object pursue and many more. Many alternatives are there such as low-cost depth sensors, but they do have some drawbacks such as limited indoor use also with lower resolution and clamorous depth information from deep images, it becomes nearly impossible to assess human poses. In order to resolve the above issues, the proposed system plans to utilize neural networks. One of the major research area is to recognize suspicious human behavior in video monitoring, in the field of computer vision. Several surveillance cameras are situated at places like airports, banks, bus station, malls, railway station, colleges, schools, etc to detect suspicious activities such as murder, heist, accidents, etc. It is a tedious job to detect and monitor these activities in crowded places, to trace real time human behavior and classify it into ordinary and unexpected scenarios the system needs to have a smart video surveillance. The experimental results show that the proposed methodology could assuredly detect the unexpected events in the video.

As times go by, social management faces new challenges. This article examines the application of urban image surveillance technology and the methods of information collection and processing from a legal perspective, and explains the necessity of creating image surveillance. This article introduces the application of the system to the construction of legal systems in countries where urban image surveillance has been applied earlier and with more advanced legal systems at home and abroad, from the construction of the image surveillance legal system, the protection of personal privacy rights, and the protection of communication data. Explain the legislative principles to be followed in the legislative process, and put forward the principles of human rights and freedom, the principle of public interest, the principle of rule of law, and the principle of information security. Finally, I put forward a point of view on how to formulate a legal and fair legal system. It is clear that in the field of legislation, it is necessary to seek constitutional support, use civil law to regulate, use personal information protection law to regulate, and use urban image monitoring system legislation to manage. This paper proposes a “peer-to-peer tree” architecture of a two-tier distributed indexing service system based on service types. Its joining and leaving algorithms create and maintain the framework, cascading organizations related to service interests into a tree structure. Learning the neighbor search algorithm can slowly evolve the peer layer composed of many cascaded trees into an overlay network with small-world characteristics, thereby ensuring a higher search efficiency. Research shows that through functional testing and performance testing, it is found that when the number of supernodes is 200, the success rate is the highest.
