<p><span>Code words traditional can be decoding when applied in artificial neural network. Nevertheless, explored rarely for encoding of artificial neural network so that it proposed encoder for artificial neural network forward with major structure built by Self Organizing Feature Map (SOFM). According to number of bits codeword and bits source mentioned the dimension of forward neural network at first then sets weight of distribution proposal choosing after that algorithm appropriate using for sets weight initializing and finally sets code word uniqueness check so that matching with existing. The spiking neural network (SNN) using as decoder of neural network for processing of decoding where depending on numbers of bits codeword and bits source dimension the spiking neural network structure built at first then generated sets codeword by network neural forward using for train spiking neural network after that when whole error reached minimum the process training stop and at last sets code word decode accepted. In tests simulation appear that feasible decoding and encoding neural network while performance better for structure network neural forward a proper condition is achieved with γ node output degree. The methods of mathematical traditional can not using for decoding generated Sets codeword by encoder network of neural so it is prospect good for communication security. </span></p>

In this paper we can see that identified computer incidents are subject for diagnostics, during which the characteristics of information security violations are clarified (purpose, causes, consequences, etc.). To diagnose computer incidents, we can use methods of automation while collection and processing the events that occur as a result of the implementation of scenarios for information security violations. Artificial neural networks can be used to solve the classification problem of assigning diagnostic data set (information image of a computer incident) to one of the possible values of the violation characteristic. The purpose of this work is to adapt the structure of an artificial neural network that allows the accuracy diagnostics of computer incidents when new training examples appear.

Movement prediction is an important aspect of human simulation, where more efficient and accurate models are needed. Artificial neural networks could potentially serve as a modeling option in this realm. This investigation evaluates the performance of a particular artificial neural network structure in modeling sagittally symmetric two-dimensional lifting and lowering movements. Model performance was evaluated using three training datasets, each consisting of distinct representation levels of the overall dataset. Results are discussed in terms of their practical meaning, and suggestions for future improvements in the modeling scheme are provided. Overall, artificial neural networks show promise as a modeling paradigm for the prediction of human movement.

Sensitivity analysis method can evaluate the importance of model input attributes. A multivariable sensitivity analysis method based on neural network connection weights and a calculation method of attributes correlation are proposed in this paper, and are applied to the research of attributes correlation. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed methods, this study employed a man-made example and a UCI-IRIS dataset to test the performance of the method. The results show that the sensitivity analysis method can really identify important and strong correlation attributes of model, and can simplify the model effectively, and can improve the accuracy of the model.
