Tuberfemurus torulisinotus Deng, sp. nov. is described with detailed illustrations of external morphology. Comparison between new species and other species of the genus Tuberfemurus Zheng, 1992 is compiled into a table for identification. New synonymy is proposed: Tuberfemurus laminatus Zheng, 1992 = Xiaitettix emeishanensis Deng, Zheng & Yang, 2012, syn. n. An updated key to species of the genus is given.

The new sharpshooter species Sonesimia nessimiani is described from Bolivia based on specimens collected on sugar cane. An identification key to males and females of all known species of the genus is given. In addition to the external morphology, color pattern, and male genitalia, female genital structures are also described and illustrated. Notes comparing the new species with the remaining six Sonesimia species are provided.

A new species, Ophionyssus schreibericolus Moraza sp. nov. is described, based on adult females, males and protonymphal instars. Ophionyssus schreibericolus parasitizes Lacerta schreiberi, a lizard endemic to the Iberian Peninsula, and known to have persisted in refugial populations throughout the Pleistocene. A key to adult females, males and protonymphs of the genus Ophionyssus is presented. Ophionyssus viperae Miron & Ivan 2003 is synonymised with O. natricis (new synonymy).

The genus Meganola Dyar, 1898 is reviewed for Korea, with 12 species, including the new species, Meganola parki Oh & Cha, sp. n. Illustrations of adults and genitalia of all the Korean species are provided, with a key to species of Meganola based on the external morphology and male genitalia. All known host plants are provided, some of them newly recorded.

Bacotoma Moore, 1885 is reviewed including the description of a new species from Hainan Island, B. hainanensis sp. nov., based on an analysis that combined morphology and mitochondrial DNA. The following taxonomic changes are proposed: Platamonina Shaffer & Munroe, 2007, syn. nov. is synonymized with Bacotoma and ten species are included: B. ampliatalis (Lederer, 1863) comb. nov., B. binotalis (Warren, 1896) comb. nov., B. camillusalis (Walker, 1859), B. cuprealis (Moore, 1877) comb. nov., B. hainanensis sp. nov., B. illatalis (Walker, 1866), B. oggalis (Swinhoe, 1906) comb. nov., B. poecilura (Hering, 1903) comb. nov., B. ptochura (Meyrick, 1894) comb. nov., and B. violata (Fabricius, 1787). Syngamia albiceps Hampson, 1912 syn. nov. is confirmed to be a synonym of Bacotoma binotalis, and Platamonia medinalis Snellen, 1900 syn. nov. is synonymized with Bacotoma illatalis. A key to species examined is also provided based on external morphology and male genitalia.

We examined the genera Tibiodrepanus Krikken, 2009 (four Oriental and one Palaearctic species) and Sulcodrepanus Krikken, 2009 (one Afrotropical species), using type specimens and non-type specimens, in order to assess the systematic consistency of the two taxa. Within this framework, we also considered the genera Afrodrepanus Krikken, 2009 (two species) and Drepanocerus Kirby, 1828 (two species) employing sets of traits from external morphology, the genitalia of both sexes and the epipharynx. The genus Cyptochirus Lesne, 1900 was chosen as an outgroup. A new species—Tibiodrepanus tagliaferrii sp. nov.—was described based on four females from Cameroon and Namibia. The phylogenetic analyses confirmed that the Tibiodrepanus and Sulcodrepanus species were closely related, yet it did not support the hypothesis of a generic or subgeneric separation of the two taxa. Hence, we establish Sulcodrepanus as a junior synonym of Tibiodrepanus, new synonymy. The genus Tibiodrepanus shows a disjunct Afrotropical-Oriental (common to many other Drepanocerina genera) and Southeastern Palaearctic (Hindu Kush, Afghanistan) distribution pattern.

Abstract—Justicia rubrobracteata, a new species from northeastern Brazil, is described and illustrated. The new species is morphologically similar to J. aequilabris due to its shrubby habit, and terminal and axillary spicate inflorescences with red flowers. However, J. rubrobracteata is differentiated mainly by the shape and color of its bracts and bracteoles as well as an orangish macula in the corolla, and a torulose capsule. In addition, J. rubrobracteata is only known from northeastern Brazil, from the states of Paraíba and Rio Grande do Norte, while J. aequilabris is widely distributed in Bolivia, Brazil, and Paraguay. A table with the main morphological characters of both species is included, as well as photographs, a key to species of Justicia for the states of Paraíba and Rio Grande do Norte in northeastern Brazil, a distribution map of both species, and conservation data for the new species.

The Palaearctic species of the genus Trichardis Hermann, 1906 are reviewed. A new species, T. lehri sp. nov., is described. A new synonymy is established: T. leucocoma (van der Wulp, 1899) = T. afanasievae Lehr, 1964, syn. nov. The male of T. mongolica V. Richter, 1972 is described for the first time. External features and the male genitalia of T. lehri sp. nov., T. leucocoma (van der Wulp, 1899) and T. mongolica V. Richter, 1972 are illustrated with photographs.

A review of species of the genus Blera Billberg, 1820 known from China is given. A new species, Blera longiseta sp. nov., is described. Three species, B. japonica (Shiraki, 1930), B. nitens (Stackelberg, 1923) and B. violovitshi Mutin, 1991, are recorded for the first time from China. An illustrated key to species is provided.

Two braconid genera from the subfamily Alysiinae, Lodbrokia Hedqvist, 1962 and Asyntactus Marshall, 1898, are recorded in the fauna of Russia and in the Asian continent for the first time. A new species Lodbrokia uralica sp. nov. is described from the Urals, and a key to species of this genus is provided. Redescriptions of the female and male of Asyntactus rhogaleus Marshall, 1898 with information about the level of variability of its morphological characters are given. Asyntactus sigalphoides Marshall, 1898 is synonymised with A. rhogaleus Marshall, 1898 (syn. nov.).
