The article highlights the essence of normative and individual acts of subject of public administration used in the field of television and radio broadcasting. Emphasis is placed on the need to take into account current trends in national legislation and the views of European scholars on the transformation of the institution of forms of government in the institution of tools of public administration.
It is noted that the administrative actions of subject of public administration aimed at ensuring the public interest can take a variety of external forms, and thus take the form of tools of public administration.
