The article describes the essence of the audit of HR processes organization. Concepts «audit», «human resources audit», «audit of personnel potential», «social audit», «audit of HR processes» are studied in details. The tendencies in the market of audit and consulting services in the field of personnel management. The main directions and content HR - audit. The expediency of consideration of the audit of HR processes as a separate management. The relation types of audit in the organization of personnel management system and possible regularities of their functioning. Proposed levels of audit of HR processes of completeness study. Determine the relevance of research in the field of audit of HR processes of the organization. This article is based on materials of the author´s term papers and results of graduation thesis relating to the problem.

Topicality. The system of personnel management is a set of methods, technologies of work with personnel and includes the processes of recruitment, adaptation, development and training, motivation, evaluation, certification, etc. The effectiveness of the personnel management system and, consequently, achievement of the company's goals depends on from how efficiently these processes are carried out. At the moment, there is a certain specificity in the management of personnel, which should be taken into account when developing a human resource management system of the enterprise. On this basis, the improvement of the personnel management system of modern organizations is an important task, the solution of which is currently essential for domestic economic theory and practice. The urgency of the problem lies in ensuring the success of each business, in particular - preventing the problem before it arises. Therefore, by being aware of the specifics of the management for each employee, company can not only prevent a number of problems, but also improve the quality of services provided by the company, as well as reduce some of the costs. Aim and tasks. The purpose of this article is to develop theoretical, methodological and practical applications, which would substantiate the importance of cultural and economic factors in improvement of the personnel management system. Research results. The research, conducted based on the community in one of the well-known social networks, gave an undeniable result. Both factors - cultural and economic - have been identified as factors with great influence on employees of almost every sphere of the enterprise. In addition, more than half of respondents pointed to a number of problems that arose due to inadequate study of these factors on the company premises. Conclusions. Human resource management system in modern organizations can be improved, which will allow to increase the efficiency of managerial efforts, productivity of all employees in organization, and moreover, to increase the integral efficiency of the whole enterprise. The conducted research showed the need for in-depth study of cultural and economic factors in order to improve the human resource management system.

The article is devoted to the problem of human resource management in organizations. We consider a system of personnel management as the main condition of increase of efficiency of management of human resources in the organization. On the example of construction organizations the main results of the monitoring practices of human resource management are presented. Human resource management system based on the perspective of the tool – controlling staff is proposed.

One of the important resources in management  is human  resources. The importance of human resources needs to be realized by all levels of management. However advanced technology is today, the human factor still plays an important role for the success of a Puskesmas. The study aims to evaluate the HR management system in planning, organizing, directing, and contolling the work placement of officers at Puskesmas Malingping. The type of research used in the research is qualitative fenomenology research, namely observation, in-depth  interviews and documentation. The resuls showed that the Puskesmas Malingping reports the shortage to the health office by looking at the vacancies in the health center. Health workers, midwives and nurses who do not have competence in the fields of management, UKP Pharmachy and laboratory analysis are forced to fill the vacancies in these sections due to a lack of manpower. The conclusion of this researcher shows that the human resource management system at the puskesmas Malingping four aspects, namely planning, organizing, directing and controlling and its evaluation shows that the human resource management system in work placements at the puskesmas Malingping has not been maximized due to the lack of health works resulting in placement work that is not in accordance with the disiplince of science

Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor utama dalam pengembangan suatu perusahaan. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu tugas HRD pada perusahaan yang disebut Human resource Management System (HRM System).  Kesalahan yang kecil pada pengaturan sumber daya manusia pada perusahaan akan berakibat fatal terutama pengaturan yang berhubungan dengan anggaran atau biaya. Penggaturan angaran untuk sumber daya manusia membutuhkan bantuan dalam hal pencatatan maupun sistem yang akurat sehingga tidak ada kesalahan dan celah yang merugikan pihak perusahaan dan pegawai. Perancangan Website ini, bertujuan untuk  mengembangkan sistem Human Resource Administration dengan menggunakan jaringan intranet. Pembuatan akan dibantu dengan kerangka kerja untuk pembuatan website yang bernama Laravel guna memudahkan pembuatan serta pengembangan website kedepanya. Website ini juga dilengkapi dengan database MySql dan Semantic UI sebagai tampilan utama website
