Natural science is the study of nature and all its contents in it, one of which studies the human body organs which are divided into two parts, namely internal organs and human external organs. The delivery of learning materials in schools is still conventional, namely using the media of printed books. The delivery media that is still conventional and many terms on the material of human organs cause students to have difficulty in understanding the material. There are many media that can be applied in learning human organs, one of which is by using learning game media. Game is a medium of delivery that is widely enjoyed by all people. So it is necessary to create an application system or multimedia-based learning game, as a solution to solving the problem of students' difficulties in understanding the material. Multimedia has aspects that are of interest to students because of its appearance in the form of images, animations, audio, and video. In designing this game, the human body uses a hierarchical multimedia flow structure, while the software used to build this game is Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash, and CorelDraw. The results of the game design will be implemented into a multimedia-based human organ recognition game using a multimedia hierarchy structure which is expected to be an effective way of delivering material in overcoming various problems that occur in learning human organs

Performance is the appearance of work and the results achieved by a person either in goods or products or in the form of services which are usually used as a basis for self-assessment of the employee or the work organization concerned which reflects the employee's knowledge about his work. The higher the quality and quantity of the work, the higher the performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on a piecemeal basis on employee performance and the effect of work environment and work discipline together on employee performance at the Department of Transportation of Serang City. The type of research used is quantitative research. The research was conducted at the Department of Transportation of Serang City. The number of respondents is 35 people. This study distributed questionnaires to employees. The data processing and analysis technique used SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that the work environment (X1) has an effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of tcount > ttable (1,854>1,693). Work discipline (X2) has an effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of tcount > ttable (3,086>1,693) and simultaneously or simultaneously shows that Fcount > Ftable, namely = 28,400 > 3,29. This means that there is an influence between the Work Environment and Work Discipline together on the Performance of Employees at the Serang City Transportation Service. The conclusion obtained shows that the work environment partially affects employee performance, partially work discipline affects employee performance and simultaneously or simultaneously the work environment and work discipline affects employee performance

One of the important materials for guidance and counseling students to learn in the Adult Age Characteristics and Competencies course is the understanding of personality theory in adulthood.  One of the personality theory figures, Sigmund Freud, is the initiator of the Psychoanalytic theory, which is a theory that seeks to explain the nature and development of the human personality.  Students who are already in the early adult age category, namely the age of 18 years and over, can also understand more about each other's personality by studying personality theory more deeply.  The personality theory expressed by Sigmund Freud is also mandatory for students to study because it has implications for the field of education.  Based on this, it is important for students who teach the Characteristics and Competencies of Adult Age courses to know more clearly about the description of personality understanding based on the Psychoanalytic theory of Sigmund Freud.  The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a non-test instrument, namely interviews.  Interviews were conducted with 5 students at 3rd semester majoring in Guidance and Counseling FKIP Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices either partially or simultaneously in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sub-sector of food and beverages. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of Earning Per Share (EPS) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) data and stock prices. Determination of the sample in this study was using purposive sampling technique with 3 criterias in order to obtain 9 companies from 29 companies. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis technique using the help of the Eviews10 application. The results of data processing show that the data is normally distributed after data transformation and there are no symptoms of classical assumptions in the study. The conclusion obtained in the research shows that Earning Per Share (EPS) partially has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially has no effect on stock prices. Earning Per Share (EPS) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on stock prices

The duties and responsibilities of a teacher in the current pandemic condition are increasingly difficult, not only carrying out daily tasks but also in developing their qualities to becomes a role models and also preparing digital teaching materials for their students. For that they needed a positive behaviour that can improve teacher performance and that behaviour is organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB)., where OCB itself influenced by other variables such as organizational commitment. For this reason, the study was developing by using 2nd order approach to analysis 248 sample from 29 private elementary school in Serang city. Organizational commitment measured by using 3 dimension and 6 indicators, while organizational citizenship behaviour measured by using 5 dimension and 15 indicators. This research using 9 hypothesis and from the result shown that all of hypothesis was accepted with the magnitude of the influence of commitment organizational on OCB is 79,1%, while the remaining 20,9% influenced by others variable outside the model tested. The affective commitment become is the dominant dimension that influencing organizational commitment, while the sportsmanship dimension is the most influential dimension for OCB. This research expected become a theoretical reference as development strategies to improve the teacher performance in the private elementary school at Serang City

The purpose of this study was to determine the opportunities, capital and income of the slang juice business in the city of Serang. This study aims to find out the opportunities that are used as a reference to get the idea of ​​opening juice slang, to get the first capital and develop a juice slang business in the city of Serang, the amount of daily and monthly income for slang juice, the number of juice slang outlets spread across the city and district. This research method uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Then presented descriptively. The analysis used is a SWOT analysis to formulate a strategy based on logic that can maximize strengths and opportunities but simultaneously minimize weaknesses and threats. The results showed that based on the results of the SWOT strategy to develop a slang juice business, maintaining and improving product quality, maintaining selling prices, and creating product innovations, then the material capital collected came from personal savings, asset sales and bank loans. which increased significantly from 2016 to 2020

This is the time for us to see the positive side caused by pandemic. Even though not everybody agrees to this, the pandemic going on not only in Indonesia but also in all over the world has given us a chance for ‘adaptation’ over changes in business. Nowadays, business concept is not only affected by markets, companies, competitors but also by changes. Every individual, even a big company must acknowledge this. In order to maintain the side of people’s ‘economy’, various studies reviewing alternatives for good marketing strategies have been carried out. These studies are especially aimed at Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This is because SMEs have been the part of creative economy. Based on these circumstances, the researcher was encouraged to study which strategy of digital branding dominantly carried out by the SME players. This research applied factor analysis to find out the basic attribute grounding SME players to survive their businesses, which were initiated either before or after pandemic. The method used was non-probability sampling. Here the questionnaires were distributed in order to find answers from five determined spots. There were 169 respondents as samples in this research. In the pre-test, before questionnaires distributed, there were at least 9 attributes used as references for the main players of SMEs in applying digital branding. Results of factor analysis test showed that there were at least two main factors developed. In these two factors, it is agreed that strategy of Search Engine Optimization was the most ideal to apply in order to survive their business. This is because it has big dominant value, which was 0.823 (82% for first group) and 0.790 (79% for the second group).

Entrepreneurs having significant contribution in creating job opportunities, reducing unemployment, increasing people's income and contributing greatly to the country's economic cycle. For this reason, the government through the Ministry of Education program issued an entrepreneurial skills program to encourage of new entrepreneurs for productive age who do not have a job and are not currently studying. This community service activity aims to prepare mindsets, motivation and strong reasons for 20 participants in the entrepreneurial skills program at PKMB Alkahfi in order to be ready to become new entrepreneurs. The methods used are presentation, focus group discussion, questions and answer, discussion, game and roleplay. The results of this community service show that all participants have a new mindset, understand the character of entrepreneurship, succeed in destroying mental blocks and have high motivation to become new entrepreneurs

Indonesia is one of the countries where financially most of the population continues to make short-term investments or save. If you look at the difference with some very developed countries, the investment is in the long term or investment. The existence of public understanding of financial management so that people are able to set aside a portion of the income earned in conducting investment activities. At present, there are many financial effects that exist both in the money market and in the capital market, for example in the money market such as savings and time deposits, while in the capital market there are securities such as bonds and shares from various companies or government owned. This study aims to determine investment motivation, financial literacy and risk perception of its influence on public investment interest in the capital market in Batam City. The population in this study is the sub-district of Sagulung, with 204 respondents as the sample in this study. The respondents in this study are people who are interested in investing in the capital market. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analysis method used is SEM with the SmartPLS application. The results show that investment motivation has a positive and significant effect on investment interest, financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on investment interest, risk perception has a positive and significant effect on investment interest in Batam city

This research is about the students’ attitude toward the implementation of role-playing activities in English for business class of Management Department. English for Business is a compulsory subject for Management Department at Bina Bangsa University. The aim of this research was to describe students' attitudes towards the implementation of role-playing activities in the classroom. Role-playing activities is a very effective and powerful technique that can help students enhance their creativity and ability at speaking, it can create a favorable learning environment as well, and classes became more interactive and student-oriented.  40 students of the management study program who took English for Business subject took a part in this research. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews and observations which were then analyzed and tabulated. The results of this study showed that 80% of students had a positive attitude towards role playing activities during learning process. Recognizing their role in certain situations based on the topics studied in the class and playing the role made them easier to practice speaking English and enhance their English ability. Students were enthusiastic as well to learn English because it was fun for them. students are contented with their performance in role-playing activities
