Advances in information technology and digital-based economy expand the potential for entrepreneurship. Market segmentation becomes more extensive due to an online marketplace to sell goods and services. Online marketplace company needs an edge to compete with other similar businesses. Nyayur uses various marketing strategies to be able to compete. This study aimed to determine the influence of social media marketing, review content, and e-service quality on buying interest among users of Nyayur in Salatiga. The data is collected using purposive sampling techniques with questionnaires distributed directly to fifty users of Nyayur. The data obtained were processed using IBM SPSS statistics 25. The results showed that social media marketing, e-service quality, and content review do not influence purchase intention. This research can be an additional consideration for Nyayur.com in improving the quality of its operations, where this research provides factual evidence from consumers regarding their perception of Nyayur.com. So that this research can be used as material for monitoring and evaluation (Monev) of e-commerce platforms to improve the quality and professionalism of work, especially for Nyayur. com. Services using social media promotions can update their marketing strategy, considering that most users are housewives who do not actively use social media in the form of platforms. E-service quality can provide product consulting services for fruit and vegetables via calls or Whatsapp. Reviewing content on nyanyur.com is essential to support the progress of its performance. Consumers who provide the best reviews can be rewarded to help the nyayur.com application in the future.

Leveraging Collaboration and Peer Support to Initiate and Sustain a Faculty Development Program

In today’s impoverished higher education fiscal climate, especially considering the enormous financial implications to higher education of accommodating the changes required by the coronavirus pandemic, “nonessential” though highly important programs, such as centers for teaching and learning (CTLs), are very likely to be underfunded. In this study, we illustrate how underfunded programs can leverage peer collaboration and support to initiate productive, formal systems of assistance for faculty by describing a number of such programs developed by and/or coordinated by our CTL. Moreover, we propose that sustainable programs, especially at small liberal arts institutions, must include a strong component of peer networking and in-house expertise rather than relying on outside consulting services. In a climate of shrinking dollars, CTLs can still perform some key roles effectively while continuing to advocate for more adequate funding.

DIAGNOSTICS OF ROLLING EQUIPMENT SLIDING BEARINGS

Peculiarities of rolling bearings operation are analyzed. Methods of diagnostics of general purpose sliding bearings and rolling equipment are considered. Direct control of the maximum allowable wear of plain bearings during operation is proposed. Insufficient bearing capacity of the lubricating layer is more often associated with loss of lubricant properties due to improper maintenance of the lubrication system. The discrepancy between the size of the gap between the shaft and the liner to the normalized value arises from design, technological and operational reasons. In contrast to public health services, company health services are required to provide work safety reports. The purpose of developing this service is to help employees get effective health services, make it easier for medical personnel to provide health services, avoid queues, shorten health service times and make it easier for companies to get occupational health and safety reports. The research method used is direct observation and system development using the waterfall method. Health services in the form of an online information system application can provide benefits for employees to facilitate consulting services and purchasing drugs. While the benefits for the company as risk control related to work activities. To create a safe, efficient and productive workplace. The results of this health service design are service prototypes that have been tested. With the support of this cloud-based service, it is easier for employees to be based on Android by taking advantage of the shortcomings of the existing system in the company.

Substantiation of Priority Areas to Ensure Food Security in the Russian Federation: A System-Cognitive Analysis

Currently, the Russian population's need for vegetables is satisfied due to domestic production only by 87percent (at a rate of at least 90percent), fruits and berries – by 40percent (at a rate of at least 60percent), and milk – by 84percent (at a rate of at least 90percent). The present work clarifies the defining role of agricultural production taking into account the calculated indicators of food security. The analysis of the population’s provision with basic foodstuffs has led to the need to strengthen the competitiveness of Russian agricultural producers. The article predicts managerial decisions that would allow improving the performance efficiency of economic entities on the example of the agricultural sector of the Krasnodar Territory. The article presents an automated system-cognitive analysis of the effect of various factors on the efficiency of agricultural organizations. The degree and areas of the influence of various factors were assessed using SWOT analysis based on empirical data, namely, financial and economic indicators of agricultural enterprises of the Krasnodar Territory. The results of the automated system-cognitive analysis confirmed that subsidies for reimbursement of part of the costs of purchasing agricultural machinery and equipment, as well as subsidies aimed at increasing the productivity of farm animals have a significant impact on profits in the production of livestock products. The problem of modernization of agricultural production is associated with the problem of information and consulting services of agribusiness. The article substantiates the necessity of preparing a spiral scheme of the food security model, as well as emphasizes the importance of establishing and developing various service-providing consulting centers.

MANAGEMENT CONSULTING AS A COMPONENT OF PROFESSIONAL, SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL ACTIVITY OF UKRAINE

The article is devoted to the study of the current state and prerequisites for the development of management consulting as a component of professional, scientific and technical activities of Ukraine. The essence and functions of professional management consulting in the structure of NACE­2010 are revealed. According to static data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, the dynamics and structure of development of the field of professional, scientific and technical activities of Ukraine during 2012–2020 were studied. The slowdown in economic growth in 2020 has been revealed in both the industry as a whole and management consulting services caused by the economic crisis caused by the global COVID­19 pandemic. According to the structure of busi-ness entities of the studied industry, there are business entities with the status of individual entrepreneurs. Difficulties have been identified in determining the importance of management consulting in the national economy, due to the lack of statistical infor-mation on the parameters and performance of management consultants. A clear synchronization in the dynamics of the studied market parameters of the development of the industry is a component of professional, scientific and technical activities of Ukraine and management consulting. The dialectical system connection of the development of the field of professional, scientific and technical activity and the market of management consulting services is proved. Modern management consulting is revealed as a leading infrastructural institute of economy, where intellectual products are created, which contribute to the qualitative improve-ment of the activity of socio­economic subjects at the micro and macro level. The innovative orientation of the national economy as a prerequisite for the spread and effective development of management consulting in Ukraine is substantiated. Stimulating and disincentive factors for the development of management consulting in the national economy are argued. Prospects for the development of management consulting in the national economy under conditions of stabilization, the formation of a favorable foreign economic environment, as well as the Government's actions to continue the implementation of measures to mitigate the negative effects of the COVID­19 pandemic.Keywords: management consulting, professional, scientific and technical activity, consultant, statistical information, factors, development. Обґрунтовано перспективи розвитку управлінського консультування у сфері професійної, наукової та технічної діяльності в Україні. Public Service Management through Making Identity Cards During Covid-19 in Bandar Lampung City, Indonesia

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced every resident in Indonesia to have an Electronic Identity Card because it is one of the requirements for disbursing social assistance to residents affected by Covid-19. However, the Identity Card service in Bandar Lampung City is still experiencing several problems, such as long queues and a slow system. The pandemic condition should be used as a positive momentum in improving services that were initially face-to-face and caused long queues and then switched to an online system using Information Technology. This study uses a qualitative approach with data validity techniques using source triangulation. The results showed that the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bandar Lampung City has not fully worked well but has carried out service standards in service management in making Identity Cards by reducing face-to-face service hours and limiting 60 people per day, diverting consulting services and complete files. Through the Whatsapp service, the public is also free of charge as well as providing service facilities and infrastructure according to health protocol standards and placing officers at the service counter in accordance with their competencies as well as periodic training for service counter officers. The results of this study also revealed that there was a very rapid policy change that caused a lack of socialization to the community in Bandar Lampung City, as well as a lack of awareness of the public who needed services on the importance of obeying health protocols.

EVALUATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF FRANCHISING IN THE HOTEL BUSINESS

The development of tourism is inextricably linked with the effective functioning of accommodation facilities, which in many countries form a significant share of gross domestic product. The hotel complex of Ukraine needs development and significant investment resources for reconstruction and bringing to international standards. Franchising can become an effective and efficient mechanism for conducting hotel business, which will reduce the risk of business activities, optimize investment, increase the level of hospitality services. The article analyzes the conceptual approaches to the organization of hotel business on a franchise basis in the Ukrainian market, explores the essence and mechanism of business processes on a franchise basis, outlines the economic relations between participants in such relations, identifies advantages and disadvantages of franchising for participants: franchisor and franchisees. In order to assess the effectiveness of opening hotels under franchise agreements, in addition to financial indicators based on discount estimates, it is necessary to take into account the additional benefits that franchisees will receive from consulting services of the franchisor, such as concessional lending, rent, transfer of contracts with suppliers and contractors. reduction of the period of reaching full capacity, transfer of the established business practice, etc. It is the transfer of an efficient business model that will reduce operational risks and guarantee high economic performance. The state and prospects of hotel activities in the conditions of activity restriction due to the COVID-19 pandemic are also considered. Crisis conditions of economic activity always give impetus to new ideas and development of new services. The vectors of further development are the informatization of most technological operations in the industry, and the optimization of operating costs, the formation of a new product, such as renting office space for business people who are ready to work and relax at the same time.

Podcast Media in Consultation Services to Develop Academic Stress Prevention Skills

The rapid digitization of education in a pandemic has an impact on academic stress conditions. Counsellors have not implemented various innovative media but need relevant and millennial media to support consulting services with podcasts. This article aims to analyze the feasibility of podcast media in consulting services to develop academic stress prevention skills. Research and development limited to five stages help know the feasibility of podcasts as support for consulting services, especially academic stress prevention skills. The data analyzed the feasibility questionnaire instrument through expert validators, media, and practitioners (counsellors) quantitatively with percentages and inter-rater analysis. The results of the research show that podcast media is quite relevant to use in consulting services. The relevance and accuracy of podcast media can adjust to the content of the supporting material. Prevention of academic stress isn’t only with knowledge but skills to cope with academic stress in all conditions, especially in pandemic and post-pandemic situations. Professional and millennial counsellors can develop skills in the use of podcast media in consulting services. Can use Podcast media directly in consulting services. Recordings of podcast results can be used indirectly in consulting services or group guidance services, group counselling, individual counselling, and classical guidance as a follow-up.
