An accurate and automatic weighting method was used to satisfy the command. The system consisted a hopper, a vibration propellant delivering equipment, a particle separation equipment and control system. The main controller and the programmed logic controller were used to control the system to make sure the high precision of particles weighting as host computer and slave computer respectively. The result shows that the method can solve the key technology of the automatic weighting of the small-bore experimental cartridge and offers significance for the automatic weighting of standard particles.

According to the characteristics of Fast Speed Mirror, the paper discusses that, in a FSM composite axis control system, the mechanism of the servo control, the main system performance, the speed loop of subsystem and effects of automatic zero locking system. Combined with traditional methods, a new structure of axial subsystem is proposed, to improve the rapid high-precision tracking technique. From theory to experimental model, the paper made a detailed analysis.

According to the practical requirements of filling refrigerants of refrigeration maintenance industries, an high-precision measuring and control system for refrigerant with MSP430 is designed in this paper. High-precision weighing sensor and high-performance amplifier are adopted in the hardware structure, and an improved amplitude-limiting and shake-disappearing filtering algorithm is used in the software data processing. The design is capable of not only achieving the purification and recycling of refrigerant effluent, but also conducting the functions of pressing, vacuumizing and leaking hunting of both high and low pressure. The actual results in the practical refrigeration maintenance industry show that this measuring and control system precision can reach0.5, which is reliable in operation, good in stability and capable of solving the problem that the discharge of waste refrigerant may pollute the environment.
