Process parameters of nanostructured ZrO2-7%Y2O3 coating during plasma spraying on the properties of the coating was optimized based on simulated annealing algorithm. BP neural network was applied to compute fitness of simulated annealing algorithm. A BP neural network model was built, four process parameters were input , the parameters included spraying distance, spraying electric current, primary gas pressure and secondary gas pressure, bonding strength of coating was output. Network was trained by orthogonal test data. Process parameters of coating were optimized by simulated annealing algorithm. The results show that maximal bonding strength of coating is 43.0377MPa. Process parameters for plasma spraying nanostructured ZrO2-7%Y2O3 coating are spraying distance of 80mm, spraying electric current of 977.0283A, primary gas pressure of 0.3046MPa and secondary gas pressure 0.9886MPa.

To make a simulated annealing algorithm(SA) to optimize the method of warping deformation of the purpose is to enable the optimal value of the warpage. Using ActiveX technology and VB programming tools will be SA and Moldflow combination. The optimal injection molding process parameters, such as mold temperature, melt temperature, gate location were determined by according to Metropolis criterion and following a route of Monte Carlo(MC) heuristic random search determined by SA. The results of the typical model show that the wargae is accurate and reliable, and the optimization efficiency is effectively improved by applying the SA method, therefore the combination of Moldflow and SA proposed in this paper is useful for the optimization of injection molding process parameters.

Aiming at the issue of steel belt of the box punching CAM, an optimal layout algorithm is presented to automatically select process parameters. Based on improved simulated annealing algorithm, polygon detecting method is used to achieve auto-shunning shear corners of the steel belt of the box. The application of the software developed based on the algorithm is of the fast convergence and effective punching teeth layout.
