With the increase of various loads connected to the low-voltage distribution system, the difficulty of identifying low-voltage series fault arcs has greatly increased, which seriously threatens the electricity safety. Aiming at such problems, a neural network algorithm based on multi-feature fusion is proposed. The fault current has the characteristics of randomness, high frequency noise, and singularity. A GA-BP neural network model is built, and the wavelet analysis method (based on singularity), Fourier transform method (based on high frequency noise), current cycle difference method (based on randomness), and current cycle similarity derivation method (based on randomness) are used for feature extraction and can more comprehensively reflect the characteristics of arc faults. Simulation results show that the multi-feature fusion algorithm has a higher recognition rate than other algorithms. Moreover, compared with the support vector machine model, logistic regression model, and AlexNet model, the GA-BP neural network model has a higher recognition accuracy than the other three models, which can reach 99%.

The connection between the steel joint and aluminum alloy pipe is the weak part of the aluminum alloy drill pipe. Practically, the interference connection between the aluminum alloy rod and the steel joint is usually realized by thermal assembly. In this paper, the relationship between the cooling water flow rate, initial heating temperature and the thermal deformation of the steel joint in interference thermal assembly was studied and predicted. Firstly, the temperature data of each measuring point of the steel joint were obtained by a thermal assembly experiment. Based on the theory of thermoelasticity, the analytical solution of the thermal deformation of the steel joint was studied. The temperature function was fitted by the least square method, and the calculated value of radial thermal deformation of the section was finally obtained. Based on the BP neural network algorithm, the thermal deformation of steel joint section was predicted. Besides, a prediction model was established, which was about the relationship between cooling water flow rate, initial heating temperature and interference. The magnitude of interference fit of steel joint was predicted. The magnitude of the interference fit of the steel joint was predicted. A polynomial model, exponential model and Gaussian model were adopted to predict the sectional deformation so as to compare and analyze the predictive performance of a BP neural network, among which the polynomial model was used to predict the magnitude of the interference fit. Through a comparative analysis of the fitting residual (RE) and sum of squares of the error (SSE), it can be known that a BP neural network has good prediction accuracy. The predicted results showed that the error of the prediction model increases with the increase of the heating temperature in the prediction model of the steel node interference and related factors. When the cooling water velocity hit 0.038 m/s, the prediction accuracy was the highest. The prediction error increases with the increase or decrease of the velocity. Especially when the velocity increases, the trend of error increasing became more obvious. The analysis shows that this method has better prediction accuracy.

In order to improve the fault diagnosis effectiveness of hydraulic system in erecting devices, the fuzzy neural neural network is applied to carry out fault diagnosis of hydraulic system. Firstly, the main faults of hydraulic system of erecting mechanism are summarized. The main faults of hydraulic system of erecting devices concludes abnormal noise, high temperature of hydraulic oil of hydraulic system, leakage of hydraulic system, low operating speed of hydraulic system, and the characteristics of different faults are analyzed. Secondly, basic theory of fuzzy neural network is studied, and the framework of fuzzy neural network is designed. The inputting layer, fuzzy layer, fuzzy relation layer, relationship layer after fuzzy operation and outputting layer of fuzzy neural network are designed, and the corresponding mathematical models are confirmed. The analysis procedure of fuzzy neural network is established. Thirdly, simulation analysis is carried out for a hydraulic system in erecting device, the BP neural network reaches convergence after 600 times iterations, and the fuzzy neural network reaches convergence after 400 times iterations, fuzzy neural network can obtain higher accuracy than BP neural network, and running time of fuzzy neural network is less than that of BP neural network, therefore, simulation results show that the fuzzy neural network can effectively improve the fault diagnosis efficiency and precision. Therefore, the fuzzy neural network is reliable for fault diagnosis of hydraulic system in erecting devices, which has higher fault diagnosis effect, which can provide the theory basis for healthy detection of hydraulic system in erecting devices.

This paper analyzes the deficiencies of human resource allocation in the tourism industry by investigating the human resource allocation in the tourism industry, puts forward corresponding improvement measures and suggestions, and strives to provide certain guidance and helpful effects for the construction of tourism resource informatization. In this paper, a modified BP neural network model is proposed by introducing random perturbation terms on the hidden layer in the BP neural network algorithm, and the weight matrix connecting the input values is added with the random perturbation matrix to obtain a new weight matrix so that the convergence effect of the improved BP neural network algorithm is improved. Then, to address the problem that the initial weights of the long and short-term memory neural network and gated BP unit neural network have a large impact on the convergence speed and prediction accuracy of the algorithm after the initial weight selection is determined, this paper introduces the random perturbation term into the gate structure of the long and short-term memory neural network and gated BP unit neural network and proposes and connects an improved long and short-term memory neural network and gated BP unit neural network. The weight matrix of the input values is added with the random perturbation matrix to obtain the new weight matrix so that the convergence effect of the improved long and short-term memory neural network algorithm and the gated BP unit neural network algorithm is improved. Constructing the human resource allocation model of the tourism industry and proposing coping strategies and countermeasures and taking the human resource allocation system of the tourism industry as the core, the human resource allocation model of the tourism industry is established by combining the network image crisis life cycle system of tourism scenic spots and the network public opinion dissemination model. From the perspective of managers, the human resource allocation management policy and management procedures of the tourism industry are proposed. Using the quantifiable and disenable characteristics of online text information, the response strategy of online monitoring and propaganda and offline management and enhancement is proposed, and innovative countermeasures to the human resource allocation of the tourism industry are proposed in three categories: network originated, reality coexisting, and reality originated. Through this paper, we propose a new approach to human resource allocation management and development in the tourism industry and improve the efficiency of human resource allocation in the tourism industry.

The change in coal seam thickness has an important influence on coal mine safety and efficient mining. It is very important to predict coal thickness accurately. However, the accuracy of borehole interpolation and BP neural network is not high. Variational mode decomposition (VMD) has strong denoising ability, and the long short-term memory neural network (LSTM) is especially suitable for the prediction of complex sequences. This paper presents a method of coal thickness prediction using VMD and LSTM. Firstly, empirical mode decomposition (EMD) and VMD methods are used to denoise simple signals, and the denoising effect of the VMD method is verified. Then, the wedge-shaped coal thickness model is constructed, and the seismic forward modeling and analysis are carried out. The results show that the coal thickness prediction based on seismic attributes is feasible. On the basis of VMD denoising of the original 3D seismic data, VMD-LSTM is used to predict coal thickness and compared with the prediction results of the traditional BP neural network. The coal thickness prediction method proposed in this paper has high accuracy and basically coincides with the coal seam information exposed by existing boreholes. The minimum absolute error of the predicted coal thickness is only 0.08 m, and the maximum absolute error is 0.48 m. This indicates that VMD-LSTM has high accuracy in predicting coal thickness. The proposed coal thickness prediction method can be used as a new method for coal thickness prediction.
