Abstract Intracranial tumors associated with Klippel-Feil syndrome usually occur in children, with spinal tumors being more common in adults affected by the syndrome. A rare case of a dermoid cyst at the craniocervical junction presenting as aseptic meningitis in an adult with Klippel-Feil syndrome is described. A review of the literature on tumors associated with this syndrome is also presented.

Background: Leptomeningeal cysts are a rare complication of childhood fractures, being very rare in adulthood and usually related to previous trauma generated in children. Case Presentation: We present a case of “growing fracture” in a 70-year-old woman with a history of head injury in childhood, who clinically debuted with paresthesia-dysesthesia in the left hemicranium and hypersensitivity and pain in the affected area, and who was treated with surgical treatment. Conclusion: We review the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of this injury today.

The Authors describe the clinical presentation of a rare case of prolapsed orthotopic ureterocele in an adult. A ureterocele prolapse is relatively rare and becomes exceptional in the orthotopic ureterocele of the adult (only two cases in literature). In the case that we present, the prolapse happened in a 64-year-old woman after a cystoscopic search, that allowed the diagnosis of orthotopic ureterocele. Successive reduction was possible only after evacuative puncture, that reduced the mass and avoided strangulation and allowed non-urgent surgery correction. The therapy was a resection of the ureterocelic sac and successive reimplantation of the ureter with an antireflux technique.

A 27 years old male, presented with a bump over the middle third of is right clavicle and a foreshortened shoulder girdle causing a severe deformity. Radiographs revealed a Congenital pseudarthrosis of the clavicle (CPC). A resection of the pseudarthrosis was carried and internal fixation with a reconstruction plate was done using iliac graft. One year after he was asymptomatic, without any functional impairment and very satisfied with the final cosmetic result. There is no consensus about optimal treatment. We present a rare case of surgical in an adult patient, and demonstrate why treatment must be individualized and surgical associated complications must be discussed.

Lipomas of vulva have been reported only rarely. Benign tumors of the vulva are normally classified according to their origin as epithelial cell tumors (e.g., keratinocytic, adnexal and ectopic tumors), or mesenchymal cell tumors (e.g., vascular, fibrous, muscular, neural, adipose and melanocytic tumors). Vulvar lipomas need to be differentiated from liposarcomas, which are rare but are very similar to lipomas clinically. Here we present a rare case of large vulvar lipoma in an adolescent girl.
