The so-called laser speckles are bright spots and dark spots formed when a coherent ray is incident on a rough surface which scattered randomly in all directions, the interference of these scattered rays form these bright and dark spots (Laser Speckles). In this paper we are concerned with the formation of Objective speckles calculations. Using MATLAB the image can be converted into binary object (0 and 1) as the speckle spots intensities are dark and bright, respectively. To simplify the calculations, two processes (transform and predictive) may be used, and according to the loss of many data for the using of predictive process, the transform process is considered. The calculations are based on the evaluation on small roughness of surfaces in range 0.1 – 1 μm, on the same footing the contrast was considered in the range from zero to one.Fraunhofer diffraction Unfortunately, no calculations in this field had been done from other researchers.

When coherent light rays can be incident on an optically rough object it will scatter randomly through all directions. Interference of these scattered rays leads to the formation of a bright spots (constructive interference), and dark spots (destructive interference), these are called Laser Speckles.

Recently a number of authors have reported detail in dark-field images obtained from diffuse-scattering regions of electron diffraction patterns. Bright spots in images from short-range order diffuse peaks of disordered binary alloys have been interpreted as evidence for the existence of microdomains of ordered lattice or of segragated clusters of one component. Spotty contrast in dark field images of near-amorphous materials has been interpreted as evidence for the existense of microcrystals. Without a careful analysis of the imaging conditions such conclusions may be invalid. Usually the conditions of the experiment have not been specified in sufficient detail to allow evaluation of the conclusions.Elementary considerations show that even for a completely random arrangement of atoms the statistical fluctuations of density will give a spotty contrast with spots of minimum diameter determined by the dark field aperture size and other factors influencing the minimum resolvable distance under darkfield imaging conditions, including fluctuations and drift over long exposure times (resolution usually 10Å or more).

The use of various methods will greatly help students in achieving learning goals. As role play method is one way mastery of learning materials through the development of imagination and appreciation of students on learning materials. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. To analyze the data in this research using data analysis technique of Miles and Huberman model that is data reduction (Data Reduction), data presentation (Data Display) and conclusion (Conclution Drawing / verification) The findings in this research is innovation of role play method can change paradigm to the new paradigm so that the role of the teacher is more as a facilitator, counselor, consultant, and comrade study Flexible schedule, open as needed Learning directed by students themselves Problem-based, project, real world, real action, and reflection Design and investigation. Computers as tools, and dynamic media presentations.
