There are several theories claiming that their policies can save the planet from environmental catastrophe. This paper claims that it is only the Steady-State Economy model on which such reasonably effective expectations can be based. This is so for two reasons. First, the SSE is based on a clearly defined economic model which is presented graphically and briefly analysed. Second, it includes a policy proposal for reducing the size of global population. This is now approaching eight billion people and is expected to exceed nine billion in the next thirty years. The logic of the SSE suggests that stabilising population is not sufficient. The global population should actually be reduced if environmental balance is to be restored.

The author examines new challenges of ergonomics and occupational health, including unknown risks, issues of prevention, and ethics. The author also presents an overview of modern bioinformatics systems and visualization methods in bioinformatics. The researcher analyzed the health risks of human interaction with large volumes of textual information and advanced computational methods to prevent computer syndrome, including overstrain of the visual analyzer and pain in the back, neck, and hands. The study aims to analyze the representations of hereditary molecular genetic information in the form of graphic patterns available for visual perception, characterizing the initial data, and study the possibility of visualizing large amounts of data using the method of characteristic patterns. The author developed new methods of presenting large volumes of hereditary genetic information in bioinformatic systems. The basis of the method is information processing based on computer algorithms. The methods allow us to visually assess the differences in the genetic structure of various species of living organisms and identify the features of their nucleotide composition. The fixation of the internal ordering of the information signal in an individual graphical quasi-fractal structure is a characteristic feature of the methods considered. It makes it possible to expand the possibilities of visual-analytical thinking of a person when interacting with large amounts of information through bioinformatics tools.

Abstract Background: Recent evidence suggested that an increase in Covid-19 attack rate is correlated to increased case fatality rate (CFR) Covid-19 disease severity. An increase in the attack rate was suggested to lead to an increase in the viral load a proposed mechanism leading to this association. In this context, we conduct this study to look for the influence of decreasing the number of Covid-19 cases through vaccination on CFR.Material and methods: We collected data concerning all countries/territories that implement Covid-19 vaccination at least for the last hundred days ending on 3d of April 2021. They were sixteen in number.Descriptive data analysis used included mean value, standard deviation, and graphical presentation by using Stem-Leaf charts and bar charts.Inferential data analyses used included the One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov (K-S) test and general linear model procedure (GLM).Results: Findings showed that in a highly significant association the mean CFR decreased in countries with > 18 Covid-19 vaccine doses per 100 inhabitants. Conclusion: Vaccination coverage may constitute another factor that determines temporal and spatial variances in CFR.

The article discusses the bench implementation of the method proposed by the authors for conducting experiments with rotor blades of axial compressors, the purpose of which is to develop methods for monitoring blade vibrations and algorithms for detecting characteristic defects (fatigue cracks) directly during compressor operation. To ensure the safety of experiments with damaged compressor blades, one of the heuristic principles for solving inventive problems, formulated by G.S. Altshuller, which consists in the fact that parts (blades) moving on a full-scale object are made stationary, and stationary parts (sensors) are set in motion in such a way as to maintain the speed of their relative movements. The design of the stand and the composition of the measuring instruments are considered. The results of experiments with serviceable compressor blades and blades with different stages of development of defects (fatigue cracks) are presented. It is shown that the graphical presentation of ranked arrays of measured time intervals allows one to judge the presence of a defect and the stage of its development.

Abstract This paper describes the methodology of measuring the sound absorption coefficient in a reverberation room. For its purpose, a measuring set was created combining professional with widely available hardware suitable for acoustic reverberation measurements. For the measurement itself, the interrupted noise method was chosen based on the standard ČSN EN ISO 354. Measurement and evaluation of data take place using scripts written in the Python programming language. An effective measuring set was developed both in terms of operation during measurement and in terms of subsequent data processing, accessing and graphical presentation.

In Ukraine, the increasing share of children born out of marriage during the fi rst two decades of our country independence was in line with European trends and became consequence of the intensifi cation of the modernization process of many spheres of public life. In Ukraine, every fi ft h child is born out of wedlock, and this indicator is one of the lowest among European countries. Th ere are signifi cant diff erences in the prevalence of illegitimate births within the country between regions and settlements of diff erent types. Th e purpose of our study is comprehensive analysis of the peculiarities of childbearing out of marriage in the metropolises of Ukraine, its dynamics and structural characteristics. An in-depth analysis of illemethods are comparison, graphical presentation of analysis results, generalization methods, analogies. Lviv is a city with pronounced traditional matrimonial behavior and more strong preferences for classical family values and has the lowest share of children born out of marriage. Kharkiv, Dnipro, and Odesa are characterized by the relatively high level of out-ofwedlock births that can most likely be explained by more intensive demographic modernization and transformation. Th e decrease in the proportion of illegitimate births among all births is the general trend in the cities of Ukraine. In metropolises of our country the share of children born out of marriage is much lower than in the oblast of their location and other urban areas; except for Lviv, where the difference between the indicators is minimal. Compared to other settlements, the metropolises are characterized by smaller share of the youngest women among mothers who were not married at the childbearing moment and higher share of women 35 years and older. Metropolises have the same age profi le of the proportion of illegitimate births as other territories: the illegitimate births are the most common among women under 20 years of age, women of 25-29 years have the lowest share; among the women 30 years and older the share of births out of marriage gradually increases, but remains much lower than that for youngest mothers. Th e mean age of mother at the birth of child out of marriage is usually lower than similar indicator that takes into account all births. Th e mean age of mother at the birth of child out of marriage in the metropolises signifi cantly exceeds the corresponding indicators in the area of their location and in Ukraine as a whole. Structural diff erences in out-of-wedlock births refl ect changes in its factors in favor of “desired” motherhood.

The article reviews the constituent’s physico-chemical parameters in the water of the Mansagar Lake of the Jaipur City. The water quality is also investigated using evaluated physico-chemical parameters with in-depth study of their distribution as per sample location-wise and season-wise. A detailed discussion on the associationship among parameters (pH, Conductivity, turbidity, dissolved Oxygen, chemical and Biochemical Oxygen demand, etc.) using the Pearson’s analytical method is also presented. The strength of the article is the graphical presentation of evaluated physico-chemical parameters and the water quality indices for sample station-wise and the season-wise. To our best of understanding, first time such details have been clubbed together and discussion in brief for studied lake.

Global paradigms "cover all types of activity and underlie the shift from the deterministic stochastic and to the third synergetic paradigm." The paradigm can be described using three keywords: self-organization, open systems, non-linearity. This work uses the data tabulation method and the graphical presentation of the results. The philosophy of postmodernism is a motor speech between a person and his reality. The value of education is not to memorize facts, to encourage the brain to think. In other words, postmodernism is "a new model of thinking that refuses to embrace traditionalism without reflection and reappraisal." In postmodernism, all similar, different and non-traditional data and knowledge coexist. Thus, if in modernism educational services are important, if they are useful, then in postmodernism the usefulness of a product or service is determined by the emotions of the person for whom the product was created. From this point of view, the educational product and service should be memorable.

In December 2019 COVID-19 appeared as a new pandemic that has claimed the lives of millions of people around the world. This article presents a regional analysis of COVID-19 in Mexico. Due to the comorbidities of Mexican society, the new pandemic implies a higher risk for the population. The study period runs from April 12 to October 5, 2020 (761 665 Patients). In this proposal we apply a unique methodology of random matrix theory in the moments of a probability measure that appears as the limit of the empirical spectral distribution by the Wigner semicircle law. The graphical presentation of the results is done with Machine Learning methods in the SuperHeat maps. With this is possible to analyze the behavior of patients who tested positive for COVID-19 and their comorbidities. We conclude that the most sensitive comorbidities in hospitalized patients are the following three: COPD, Other Diseases and Renal Diseases.

Blasius equation is very well known and it aries in many boundary layer problems of fluid dynamics. In this present article, the Blasius boundary layer is extended by transforming the stress strain term from Newtonian to non-Newtonian. The extension of Blasius boundary layer is discussed using some non-newtonian fluid models like, Power-law model, Sisko model and Prandtl model. The Generalised governing partial differential equations for Blasius boundary layer for all above three models are transformed into the non-linear ordinary differewntial equations using the one parameter deductive group theory technique. The obtained similarity solutions are then solved numerically. The graphical presentation is also explained for the same. It concludes that velocity increases more rapidly when fluid index is moving from shear thickninhg to shear thininhg fluid.MSC 2020 No.: 76A05, 76D10, 76M99
