HSV infection can affect nearly every ocular tissue. In cases of corneal involvement, the epithelium, stroma, or endothelium may be affected. Both herpes stromal keratitis (HSK) and HSV endotheliitis can present clinically with stromal opacity and, therefore, may be difficult to distinguish. In this case we will be describing a viral endotheliitis with a particular aspect on the corneal endothelium.

This paper outlines the conceptual, contextual and disciplinary scope of the rapidly evolving topic of corporate governance. The aim of this paper is to make a study of different theories and models of corporate governance that have been used globally by analysing strengths and weaknesses for each one. This is to determine which one is the best theory and model and if it can be adopted to different economic systems. Corporate governance theory has tended to look to this theory to guide the decisions of the board of directors in curbing excessive executive power in the hands of management. While useful for this purpose, the Agency Theory provides limited guidance on corporate governance in real life situations which are far more complex. With the blurring of the roles of the principal and the agent, the currently prevalent governance framework, based on the Agency Theory has become self limiting and ineffective. Efforts to supplement the Agency Theory with alternative theoretical frameworks such as the Stakeholder Theory and the Stewardship Theory have, at times, tended to place the board of directors in conflict with their legal obligations to work in the interests of the shareholders. A governance model based on the concept of Trusteeship, while providing fresh insights, suffers from problems in implementation and remains a goal . These alternative frameworks have, therefore, not been of much practical use to the board members in helping them to decide what constitutes the “right” decision. We need new theoretical insights that will take us towards a comprehensive theory of governance. This paper seeks to highlight the various theoretical frameworks for corporate governance.

Objective:This systematic review aimed to investigate the available evidence on how to decide whether your special health care needs patient needs GA for dental treatments or not. Materials and methods:A systematic search was conducted in four electronic databases PubMed, Google Scholar, ResearchGate and SDL. The search was restricted to articles published between 2005 and 2020. Publications reporting on the special health care needs patients dental treatment were included. The papers were analyzed regarding title and abstract contents to eliminate the ones that were out of context and not relevant to the review. Results:The search strategy resulted in 99 unique and potentially relevant articles. In total, 6 publications which include 5 retrospective articles and one cross-sectional study were selected. Conclusions:The main standards for selecting patients for hospitalized dental treatments include a full analysis of SNP including their medical history, behavior and emotional factors, oral health status, allergies, social and non-clinical factors, and caregivers factors. It is important for general dentists and families of these patients to be acquainted with the procedure, its need, and its contraindications.

Introduction: Antibiotics are helpful in bacterial infection control and management. Irrational antibiotic use leads to resistance, which puts modern medicines achievements at risk. This study aims to know antibiotic resistance and sensitivity patterns and to assess possible factors that favor the development of antibiotic resistance. Methods: It is a retrospective observational study. Data collected from June 2019 to May 2020 from the culture & sensitivity records of various clinical isolates at the Microbiology department of SMC, Vijayawada, and analyzed by descriptive statistics. Results: Total samples collected 2905. Only746 samples showed significant growth. Most commonly, isolated organisms were from Pus and Body fluids Staphylococcus aureus (31.16%), Klebsiella (23.02%), from blood samples Staphylococcus aureus (44%,) Klebsiella (32%), from urine samples Escherichia coli (27.31%),Staphylococcus aureus (16.66%). Bacteria isolated from, Blood and Pus & body fluid samples showed more resistance to Amoxicillin + Clavulanic acid, 60% &58.60%, and urine samples showed more resistance to Norfloxacin69.44%. Conclusion: In this study, bacteria isolated from, blood, pus, and body fluid samples showed more resistance to Amoxicillin + Clavulanic acid, from urine samples showed more resistance to Norfloxacin. Parenterally used drugs like aminoglycosides and vancomycin have retained their sensitivity but bacteria also showed resistance to Imipenem, Vancomycin, new combinations like Cefoperazone + Sulbactam. A culture & sensitivity test and following antibiotic stewardship guidelines before prescribing antibiotics will give good results to prevent antibiotic resistance.

At present, the system of general and vocational education is undergoing fundamental changes, as never before, orient specialists towards creativity in their professional activities. The main goal of modern vocational education is to train a qualified, competent specialist who is ready to work in an increasingly competitive labor market. Modern professional activity imposes special requirements on the communicative training of specialists, which is manifested in the ability to negotiate, conduct a dialogue, correlate linguistic means with the tasks and conditions of learning, take into account social norms of behavior and the communicative expediency of statements.

Despite the development of tests for the detection of doping, Anabolic steroids, are still used to increase sports performance. Unfortunately, studies have clearly shown that overdose of anabolic steroids can induce serious cardiovascular complications that can be life-threatening. This implies the determining role of health professionals in informing the general population and athletes in particular about the lethal effect of these substances. We report the case of a young high-level athlete who consults for palpitations and in whom cardiac imaging reveals abnormalities related to chronic consumption of anabolic steroids.

In the context of globalization and integration in the country into the international community, the modernization of foreign language teaching in domestic higher education is taking place. The development of international contacts in the country causes a need for specialists of various profiles who are well-versed in foreign languages, but their training does not always give the desired results. Practice has shown that the grammatical translation method used in the last few decades to teach a foreign language to specialists of various profiles, in which the emphasis is on learning rules and translating texts, rather than on communication, has not fully justified itself. Having generally good grammar knowledge, and skills in the field of translation, graduates of non-linguistic universities have difficulties in communication with foreigners in the course of professional activities, and the question about the level of knowledge of foreign language professionals are increasingly responsible read and translate with a dictionary, which actually means no possession and failure to carry out practical communication in a foreign language.

Objective: The research aims to formulate and evaluate Solid Dispersion tablets of Silymarin. Methods: Solid dispersions of Silymarin were prepared with various concentrations of carriers by using solvent evaporation method. The prepared solid dispersions were compressed into tablets by using 8 mm punch rotary tablet punching machine, with the hardness of 3.5kg /cm2.The formulated tablets were evaluated for various quality control parameters. Results: Silymarin was mixed with various proportions of excipients which showed no drug-excipients interactions. The precompression blend of Silymarin solid dispersions were characterized with respect to angle of repose, bulk density, tapped density, Carrs index and Hausners ratio. The precompression blend of all the batches indicated good to fair flowability and compressibility. Conclusion: The tablet passed all the tests. Among all the formulations F4 formulation containing, Drug and PEG 4000 in the ratio of 1:4 showed good result that is 94.95 % in 60 minutes. As the concentration of polymer increased the drug release was increased. While the formulations containing PEG 6000 showed less release. Hence from the dissolution data it was evident that F4 formulation is the better formulation.
