Abstract. An important task of thermal treatment of carbidostals having different composition of titanium carbide and steel I2XI8H10T is the possibility of improving their strength properties during operation under abrasive wear conditions. This question is new and little studied.

The efficiency of construction equipment used depends on the durability of parts in it. In this paper the experimental technology of hardening of the blades of the mixer hard concrete mixtures SG-750 production "Factory Stroytechnika" particulate titanium carbide, by pre bookmark particles in a polystyrene model. Described the progress and results of the experiment in the enterprise "Repair and Mechanical Plant Nihard-Service" to obtain hardened blades in Zlatoust. After obtaining a study was made of the microstructure of samples taken from different areas of reinforced blades. Shows the results of a study of abrasive wear resistance of sample blades in the laboratory.

The efficiency of thermal treatment of 30HGSA steel is considered. The mode of bainitic hardening contributing to smoothing of steel defective structure a more complete martensitic transformation and, as a consequence, to the increase of plastic and strength properties is considered.

The effect of chemical-thermal treatment (borating) on the structure, composition, depth and hardness of the surface layer of samples from chromium-bearing iron-carbon alloys: 95Kh18 steel and ChKh12 and ChKh32 cast iron is shown. The results of comparative tests of the studied materials on the wear resistance in the conditions of dry friction on fixed abrasive are presented.
