The purpose of this paper is to prove some strict common fixed point theorems for weakly compatible hybrid pairs of nonlinear mappings defined on semi-metric spaces employing implicit relations which unify, extend and generalize several results from the literature. As an application, we prove a general common fixed point theorem for integral type contractive conditions. Finally, we give an example to demonstrate the main result of the paper.

AbstractIn this paper, we give some common fixed point theorems for a class of occasionally weakly compatible mappings satisfying contractive conditions of integral type. Our results generalize a host of previously theorems. We also present some illustrative examples which support our main results and show the applicability and validity of these results.

The concept of tangential for single-valued mappings is extended to multivalued mappings and used to prove the existence of a common fixed point theorem of Gregus type for four mappings satisfying a strict general contractive condition of integral type. Consequently, several known fixed point results generalized and improved the corresponding recent result of Pathak and Shahzad (2009) and many authors.

Two common fixed point theorems for weakly compatible mappings satisfying contractive conditions of integral type in G -metric spaces are demonstrated. The results obtained in this paper generalize and differ from a few results in the literature and are used to prove the existence and uniqueness of common bounded and continuous solutions for certain functional equations and nonlinear Volterra integral equations. A nontrivial example is included.

We introduce the concept ofφ-weakly commuting self-mapping pairs inG-metric space. Using this concept, we establish a new common fixed point theorem of Altman integral type for six self-mappings in the framework of completeG-metric space. An example is provided to support our result. The results obtained in this paper differ from the recent relative results in the literature.

First we prove common fixed point theorems for weakly compatible maps which generalize the results of Chen (2012). Secondly, we prove common fixed point theorems using property E.A. along with weakly compatible maps. At the end, we prove common fixed point theorems using common limit range property (CLR property) along with weakly compatible maps.

Abstract In this paper we prove the existence of the unique fixed point for the pair of weakly compatible self-mappings satisfying some Ф-type contractive conditions in the framework of S-metric spaces. Our results generalize, extend, unify, complement and enrich recently fixed point results in existing literature.

In this paper we have used the concept of bi-metric space and intoduced the concept of bi-b-metric space. our objective is to obtain the common fixed point theorems for two mappings on two different b-metric spaces induced on same set X. In this paper we prove that on the set X two b-metrics are defined to form two different b-metric spaces and the two mappings defined on X have unique common fixed point.
