Real estate investment analysis is a very complex process of systematic analysis because there are many factors linking with each other closely. Therefore, the process of selecting analysis factors should insist on principles, such as comprehensiveness, diversity and timeliness. In order to minimize the risk of real estate investment, using the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, catching the main issue, and figuring out the primary contradiction should be the main concern.
