The report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the connotative development of higher education. For ideological and political education, it is to realize the humanistic care of Ideological and political education. Humanistic care, as a unique “general education” in Chinese universities, is the basis for improving the effectiveness of Ideological and political education.
