The problem of forming the professional competencies of a math teacher in the process of his (her) training at the pedagogical university and in the system of continuing education is extremely relevant not only in Ukraine but also abroad. This is especially true for the methodological competence of teachers, which largely determines the quality of the educational process in general and student achievements in particular. To solve this problem, we propose to create an educational environment, which, in addition to math teachers, includes specialists in mathematics teaching methods from pedagogical universities, instructors of teacher’s in-service training courses, master’s students in pedagogical specialties, who, in particular, are trained in dual form of education. As the results of the experiment show, such educalional environment allows to realize professional training of mathematics teachers more effectively and qualitatively compared to traditional methods.

The article is devoted to the consideration of the theoretical aspects of the influence of the organization of the humanitarian environment in a technical educational institution on improving the quality of training specialists, increasing their competitiveness in the labor market. The analysis of special literature and generalization of different points of view on the subject of research act as research methods. The humanitarian environment represents a certain content orientation of the educational system of curricula and work programs of disciplines that include the unity of material and spiritual values that are responsible for the formation of students’ personality. Each teacher considers this problem in his own way, so the points of view have their own specifics. The humanitarian environment of the university includes a specially organized training system in which a set of specially selected methods and technologies is used to «nurture» a competitive specialist with a set of not only professional, but also personal competencies. The training of specialists in a technical university has its own characteristics related to the further professional implementation of graduates. Students at the stage of training must master special competencies, develop personal qualities, be motivated to study disciplines and master new types of activities. The organization of the humanitarian environment in the organization should be implemented at all levels: university, faculty, at each specific lesson in the study of disciplines, both provided for in the curriculum and extracurricular according to the plan of educational work. For this purpose, it is necessary to maintain and control the interaction of students with all components of the educational environment of a higher educational institution using methods such as: humanitarian technologies, mentoring, organizing a positive psychological climate in the institution, introducing additional educational programs, using active and innovative teaching methods.

Introduction. Organizational educational environment may contain some destabilizing features (threats), which under certain conditions violate the psychological safety of a teacher and negatively affect his/her mental health and well-being in general. However, the effects of a destabilizing organization of professional activities on mental health and well-being have not been specifically studied, which necessitates appropriate research. Purpose: to research the indicators of teachers’ mental health in a destabilizing organization of professional activities

In this paper, the problem of digitalization of the educational environment is actualized. In this regard, the basic concepts of the problem under consideration have been clarified. The author analyzes the digitalization process, factors in the development of the digital educational process, didactic principles of digital pedagogy, the use of an interdisciplinary approach in higher education. The hypothesis of the research is that the use of such a method as a creative project in the learning process contributes to an increase in the level of digital culture of students, the formation of creative thinking and creativity, flexibility and the ability to make decisions in the face of constant changes. The organization of creative projects on digital platforms will diversify the professional training of students. The main problems of this paper are related to the fact that, despite the existing methods of forming a digital culture, the level of its formation remains extremely low. Not all modern teaching methods serve the needs of the learner. The paper presents one of the possible solutions to the problem presented on the example of the methodology for conducting classes in the developed courses of disciplines Recreational geography, Recreational resource studies, Resortology, Art history: Cinema history with students majoring in social and cultural activities. The features of the organization of classes, the implementation of practical tasks by students, the variety of forms, methods and means of teaching are presented. This conceptual paper demonstrates the potential role of social media in providing students with access to education during emergency situations when schools cannot ensure students’ safety or provide safe learning environments. It is based on conceptual analysis that transforms face-to-face education into a cost-free, online educational environment by relying on social-media learning tools during short-term disruptions caused by violence and conflict. This article proposes a framework that outlines how technology can be used to maintain education in schools during conflicts and emergency situations: cloud computing to access administrative resources and social media tools to maintain teaching/learning resources and student–teacher as well as student–student interactions. The proposed strategy could be greatly beneficial to educational leaders and administrators in regions vulnerable to sectarian conflicts where student safety and the delivery of educational services can become major challenges. This paper contributes to the literature by emphasising the advantages of social media tools for educational delivery in conflict-afflicted regions.

The study continues the study of the fundamental characteristics of models of viable systems conducted by the authors. The current issues of construction, reorganization and preservation of the life-incapable structure of a higher educational institution - university U, representing a recursive active subsystem of the educational environment, which is part of the universe-society, are considered. The formalized definitions of an absolutely viable, viable, conditionally viable and non-viable system are given, allowing from a mathematical point of view to assess the optimality of the structure and the efficiency of the system functioning. The analysis of the structure and functioning of a viable university is implemented in the conceptual framework of foresight design based on logframe technologies, which makes it possible to create a system that meets the strategic goals of the universe and the tactical settings of the educational environment. In the process of describing logframe methods based on the foresight approach, real risk situations arising in the modern education system, the university environment and higher educational institutions due to economic, social, managerial and psychological factors of the impact of external and internal environments of recursive active systems are significantly taken into account. The presented conceptual schemes allow us to take into account not only the structural features of the educational organization, but also the psychosocial situation in the team, which determines the stimulating and motivational aspects of personnel management. Examples of higher educational institutions are given, whose structures and training procedures have effectively met and continue to meet the needs and goals of the universe for several successive technological structures, remaining advanced educational and scientific-educational systems of the world level. A brief overview of research and practices in the presented field of knowledge is given, based on the approaches and methods of teaching, scientific and teaching experience of the authors. The presented material is useful for the process of formalization of conceptual aspects of the theory of viable systems, classification of risk situations in the educational process, adaptation of foresight and logframe technologies to the practice of diagnosing and designing effective educational structures that meet the modern socio-economic requirements of technological structures of developed societies.

" The paper deals with the role and importance of the code of academic ethics as a tool of education and management in modern educational environment, it also reviews the challenges associated with development and introduction of the code in the academic environment. The outcomes of the study of the procedure of developing and introducing the code of ethics in HEI’s management are presented as the main document underlying the formation of corporate culture in any educational institution. The study was based on the results of surveys on Code of Ethics in Academic Environment conducted among the staff and students of Public Administration Academy of RA, and The Effects of the Current Emergency Situation on the Daily Tasks of the Staff of Armenian Scientific and Educational Organizations. The analysis of the attempts to create a Code of Ethics allows one to conclude that although such codes are needed as regulators of relationships among all participants of educational process, there are no unified approaches or suggestions for their formation. The analysis has revealed that the legislation on education in Armenia is lacking provisions on code of ethics or ethic rules: the imperfection of mechanisms of applying these provisions is obvious. Legal provisions related to regulation of ethical dilemmas as well as building efficient framework for their supervision need to be developed. It is worth noting that the Draft Law on Higher Education and Science has added a number of provisions to be addressed in this article."
