This article discusses the strategies used by five non-millennial teachers (aged 54-59 years old) of a junior high school in coping with the online teaching during the COVID-19 pandemic, in Ngawi, East Java, Indonesia. The teachers were interviewed, and the data were transcribed and analyzed by creating a data repository, expanding the codes, describing the coded data, and drawing conclusions. The results revealed that the teachers had several strategies used, which were to increase students’ interest in learning, provide students with knowledge and attention, create efficient learning resources, and use SIMPEL (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pembelajaran or Learning Management Information System), which is specifically available only in Ngawi. SIMPEL was specially developed by the Ngawi district education office, to ensure that the learning processes in Ngawi Regency continue to run optimally during the COVID-19 outbreak. SIMPEL substituted the use of online YouTube videos and materials because the materials were already provided by the system, decreasing the need for the teachers to depend on other resources. Despite these teachers also using other online platforms, hence issues such as the slow internet connection, running out of quotas and blackouts, hindered their efforts to use these platforms at times. Hence, WAG was the most used media to conduct their online learning due to its simplicity and availability. These teachers continued to strive to learn digital technologies ever since they changed from their previous face-to-face teaching strategies.

This study aims to determine the understanding of how to cultivate carp and ornamental fish with tarpaulin pond media, to determine marketing strategies for gouramy and ornamental fish, to determine the sales of gouramy and ornamental fish, and to know how to apply a management information system to carp cultivation. and ornamental fish. Cultivation of gouramy and ornamental fish is a business that is considered to have a fairly large level of profit. By using the right cultivation system, starting from capital, making ponds and stocking capacity, determining seeds, maintenance, determining selling prices, and harvesting times, the results will be maximized. The focus of this research is, How is the application of management information systems to SMEs in the cultivation of gouramy and ornamental fish in Sambirobyong village. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. This data collection technique is done by interviewing the informants in the field. And the research results obtained are the process of making ponds with tarpaulin media is an effective and efficient way compared to concrete or cast pools, the provision of water and seeds is adjusted to the width of the pool, marketing and sales strategies are also good, namely by using a website management information system.

The rapid development and advancement of technology has made significant changes to the condition of society, both in terms of policy, communication, biocracy, or at any existing institutions, without exception educational institutions. Educational institutions are institutions that are directly affected by developments in the times and technology, so that educational institutions are required to be able to keep up with any changes and developments in the vicinity, especially technological developments. The Education Management Information System or known as EMIS is a form of technological development, which is useful in providing real data for educational institutions as a support in managing new useful data and information for its users using computers and internet networks. EMIS is a combination of human resources and other computer-based resources that produces cumulative data storage, recovery, communication, and use for the purpose of effective and efficient school management operations

Abstract Background More than half of the TB patients in India seek care from the private sector. Two decades of attempts by the National TB Program to improve collaboration between the public and private sectors have not worked except in a few innovative pilots. The System for TB Elimination in Private Sector (STEPS) evolved in 2019 as a solution to ensure standards of TB care to every patient reaching the private sector. We formally evaluated the STEPS to judge the success of the model in achieving its outcomes and to inform decisions about scaling up of the model to other parts of the country. Methods An evaluation team was constituted involving all relevant stakeholders. A logic framework for the STEPS model was developed. The evaluation focused on (i) processes - whether the activities are taking place as intended and (ii) proximal outcomes - improvements in quality of care and strengthening of TB surveillance system. We (i) visited 30 randomly selected STEPS centres for assessing infrastructure and process using a checklist, (ii) validated the patient data with management information system of National TB Elimination Program (NTEP) by telephonic interview of 57 TB patients (iii) analysed the quality of patient care indicators over 3 years from the management information system (iv) conducted in-depth interviews (IDI) with 33 beneficiaries and stakeholders to understand their satisfaction and perceived benefits of STEPS and (v) performed cost analysis for the intervention from the perspective of NTEP, private hospital and patients. Results Evaluation revealed that STEPS is an acceptable model to all stakeholders. IDIs revealed that all patients were satisfied about the services received. Data in management information system of NTEP were consistent with the hospital records and with the information provided by the patient. Quality of TB care indicators for patients diagnosed in private hospitals showed improvements over years as proportion of TB patients notified from private sector with a microbiological confirmation of diagnosis improved from 25% in 2018 to 38% in 2020 and the documented treatment success rate increased from 33% (2018 cohort) to 88% (2019 cohort). Total additional programmatic cost (deducting cost for patient entitlements) per additional patient with successful treatment outcome was estimated to be 67 USD. Total additional expense/business loss for implementing STEPS for the hospital diagnosing 100 TB patients in a year was estimated to be 573 USD while additional minimum returns for the hospital was estimated to be 1145 USD. Conclusion Evaluation confirmed that STEPS is a low cost and patient-centric strategy. STEPS successfully addressed the gaps in the quality of care for patients seeking care in the private sector and ensured that services are aligned with the standards of TB care. STEPS could be scaled up to similar settings.

Currently, there is no information system that provides information on the location of geographically integrated midwifery practices in the Batam City sub-district. the application of GIS can be done to map the location of the practice of midwives so that it can be used to find out the location of the practice, hours of service and other necessary information. This research uses descriptive research method and the system development method uses the waterfall method and the design model uses UML. With a mapping management information system developed using web technology so that it can provide information to the public at large

Artificial intelligence is a branch of computer science, which includes natural language, intelligent processing, and professional methods. Since the birth of artificial intelligence, the technology and application fields have continued to grow, and the application fields have also continued to expand. This article aims to study the application of artificial intelligence technology in the management information system of container multimodal transportation and to provide convenient and efficient operation methods for container multimodal transportation. This paper proposes the C-means clustering method. Through the research and development of the terminal management system, it has achieved great success in automation, intelligent planning, and integrated management. At the same time, the EDI system is adopted, which mainly uses the combination of GPS and GIS information platform Internet network technology. Therefore, when evaluating the operation of the multimodal transport virtual container under the control of coproduction, the DEA method is used to operate the multimodal virtual container. The situation is analyzed and evaluated, and the multimodal transport virtual container is determined through investment. The experimental results of this article show that the artificial intelligence system achieves the most efficient multimodal transport management with the most efficient system model, combined with the leading container multimodal transport virtual enterprise, to provide the best way of the management process for the development of the multimodal transport management information system. The intact rate of container cargo during transportation is as high as 99.7%.

The traditional university education and teaching management information system has the problems of low information recall, poor information precision, and long query time. Therefore, this paper designs a university education and teaching management information system based on Web. Through the analysis of the requirements of the higher education and teaching management information system, the design principle of the system is determined, and the structure design of the higher education and teaching management information system is realized; the teaching management information system management process is determined. By calculating the complexity of university education and teaching management information, the priority of query information is determined to effectively improve the processing effect of the system. Finally, the relational database model is designed to realize the design of university education and teaching management information system. In order to verify the effectiveness of this method, comparative experiments are designed. Experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the low information recall and the poor information precision and shorten the query time.
