Abstract. Scheduling production machine has an essential role in minimizing the makespan in order to raise the production efficiency. Makespan generated from more than one production machines, can still wait for jobs in the processsince the job is still in the process on another machine, or as a job waiting to be processed by a machine because the machine is still processing another job. The methode applied for flow shop and static production system is Integrated Algorithm which combines Johnson and Campbell Algorithm. By applying these two methods to the company, the company can see the schedule of the production machine that gives the minimum makespan in a computerized system. The presentation is in the form of tables mapping to facilitate the search makespan.Keywords: Production Machine Scheduling, Flow Shop, Static, Makespan, Johnson and Campbell Algorithm. Abstrak. Penjadwalan mesin produksi memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meminimalkan makespan  sehingga efisiensi produksi dapat tercapai. Makespan yang dihasilkan untuk jumlah mesin produksi lebih dari satu mesin, masih mungkin mengandung waktu tunggu karena sebuah mesin kemungkinan menunggu  job yang harus diprosesnya, sementara job tersebut masih diproses pada mesin yang lain, atau karena sebuah job menunggu untuk diproses oleh sebuah mesin karena mesin tersebut masih memproses job yang lain. Proses N Jobs M Mesin terdapat lebih dari 1 makespan tetapi yang dipilih adalah makespan terkecil. Metode yang dapat digunakan pada sistem produksi yang flow shop dan statis adalah algoritma kombinasi dari Algoritma Johnson dan Campbell. Dengan menerapkan dua metode tersebut pada perusahaan maka perusahaan dapat mengetahui  jadwal mesin produksi yang memberikan makespan paling minimum secara terkomputerisasi. Penyajian dalam bentuk pemetaan tabel mempermudah dalam pencarian makespan.Kata kunci: Penjadwalan Mesin Produksi, Flow shop, Statis, Makespan, Algoritma Johnson dan Campbell.

This paper deals with the machine scheduling problems with the effects of deterioration and learning. In this model the processing times of jobs are defined as functions of their starting times and positions in a sequence. We introduce polynomial solutions for some single machine problems and flow shop problems. The performance measures include makespan, total completion time, total weighted completion time, and maximum lateness.

The research on the theory and method of single machine scheduling is a difficult subject, but it is very important for the companies to improve the production efficiency and effectiveness. The study on single machine scheduling problem has the history of 50 years, but there is still a gap between the classical scheduling theories and practical scheduling problems. According to this characteristic, the problems in practical scheduling area and the various factors need to be concerned are mentioned, and the main methods to solving the single machine scheduling problem and their applications are presented in details. Finally, the directions and suggestions of future work in single machine scheduling problem are summarized.

The U-Shaped layout and function of production system is studied, the purpose is showing how the layouts and their main function influence each other, thus to provide enlightenments and references to improve the design of the production system layout. The simple automatic arrangement system is presented based on Plant Simulation software and focused on an equipment layout problem. The automatic layout system is an automatic layout system of workshop layout according to data; adopt the method of simulation modeling combined with optimization of the workshop layout. According to the different optimization objectives, the user can get a different optimal solution. Through simulation, we can get the default layout of the carrying amount, size and arrangement, combined with the enterprise's actual situation. The appropriate adjustments and production efficiency of production workshop are improved, and the operation time of manual modeling is shortened.
