Saat ini mobil pribadi banyak digunakan masyarakat indonesia sebagai salah satu alat transportasi. Makin pesatnya perkembangan dunia otomotif, memberikan peluang usaha bagi jasa perawatan mobil. Salah satu peluang dalam usaha bagi perawatan mobil adalah dengan cara mendirikan car wash (cucian mobil). Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas maka timbulah ide untuk membuat prototype alat cuci mobil otomatis dan membutuhkan sensor yang dapat digunakan sebagai penanda posisi mobil yaitu sensor Proximity LJC 18 A3-B-Z/Bx. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan Metode Research and Development (RnD) yaitu dengan cara menganalisis 2 buah sensor proximity LJC 18 A3-B-Z/Bx dengan berbagai parameter. Parameter yang digunakan dalam menganalisis sensor adalah bahan atau material yang dapat dideteksi dan jarak yang dapat dideteksi oleh sensor. Hasil dari pengujiaan sensor proximity LJC 18 A3-B-Z/Bx yang pertama dapat mendeteksi material Plat besi, Besi, Dempul, Fiber, Kaca, Kayu, Plastik, Karet, Mobil Mainan dan jarak yang dapat dideteksi oleh sensor proximity LJC 18 A3-B-Z/Bx yang  pertama adalah 2mm, sedangkan pengujian sensor proximity LJC 18 A3-B-Z/Bx yang kedua dapat mendeteksi material Plat besi, Besi, Dempul, Fiber, Kaca, Kayu, dan jarak yang dapat dideteksi oleh sensor proximity LJC 18 A3-B-Z/Bx yang  pertama adalah 1 mm sehingga yang akan digunakan dalam prototipe alat cuci mobil otomatis adalah sensor proximity LJC 18 A3-B-Z/Bx yang pertama.

This article reconstructs Operation Car Wash’s (Operação Lava Jato) political project. Three different moments of the operation are analysed: its conception, its encounter with political and administrative corruption, and its attempt to mobilize popular support to combat political and administrative corruption. The analysis characterizes the operation as a particular manifestation of judicial intervention in the system of representative politics, presenting a critical view of its effects on the balance of power between non-elected and elected officials.

The aim of this research is to analyze and to understand the relation between service quality, perceived service fairness, convenient and product portfolio to customer service satisfaction. The research is also done to find out the effect of customer service satisfaction, trust, and word of mouth specifically in the car wash industry. The data is collected by using questionnaires as the survey method which analysed using Multiple Regression Analysis. The survey result shows that there are influence service quality, which are assurance, product portfolio, convenience, perceived service fairness, and reliability. The five dimensions also show the positive relation with customer service satisfaction, so does customer service satisfaction and trust to word of mouth. Based on the result of this research, gaining positive customer satisfaction and word of mouth in the car wash industry imply the need in focusing on improving service in matters concerning assurance product portfolio and convenience. This research shows that the assurance dimension has the most significant influence on customer satisfaction and the trust dimension has the most significant impact on word of mouth in the car wash industry in DKI Jakarta.
