The purpose of this research is to plan a creative and workable strategy for PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk in an effort to respond to competition in the aviation market. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Methods of data collection using literature study and data analysis used is a SWOT analysis. Based on the analysis of the Cartesian diagram shows that PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk is included in quadrant II, which is supporting the Diversification strategy. The result of SO strategy analysis is that PT. Garuda Tbk must maximize the government's financial assistance program to restore the company's financial condition as well as to maintain the company's big name. The results of the ST strategy analysis are PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk must maintain excellent facilities and services in order to face other aviation competitors. The results of the WO strategy analysis, namely the existence of a financial assistance program from the government, can also be used to improve the competence of company human resources. The results of the WT strategy analysis, namely PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk must reduce operational costs while maintaining quality in order to be able to compete in the world of aviation.

The purpose of this study is to determine a relationship model between Psychological Climate (PC) toward performance within job stress and job satisfaction as a mediator. Primary data were obtained by distributing online questionnaires. The population in this research is the teachers of educational institutions in Indonesia. Obtained 161 people with minimum requirements have worked for one year at the institution (purposive sampling). This research uses validity and reliability test, goodness-of-fit model assumption, and hypothesis testing with SEM analysis of Amos 18.0. Based on data analyzed, four of eight hypotheses proposed are have significant influence; 1) PC on job satisfaction, 2) stress on performance, 3) job satisfaction on performance, and 4) there is a role for job satisfaction in mediating the influence of PC on performance. In addition, there are insignificant effects; 1) PC on stress, 2) PC on performance, 3) job stress on job satisfaction, and 4) job stress have no a significant effect as a mediator between PC on performance.

The rapidly growing cosmetic industry has caused intense competition for both legal and illegal cosmetic products. The purpose of this study is to analyze and measure the influence of social factors on interest in buying and using fake cosmetic products, explore the basic causes of consumers buying and using fake cosmetic products, and measure the influence of personal factors on interest in buying and using fake cosmetic products in the city community. Poor. This type of research is a survey research, namely research that takes a sample from a population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection instrument. Thus, this research is categorized as explanatory research. The number of respondents in this study were 100 people. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used is a questionnaire method, then the data is processed through SPSS software. The analytical tool in this study uses linear regression.

Recently, coffee is no longer a drink for parents. Many millennials are starting to enjoy drinking coffee. This can be seen from the growth of coffee shops in the Madiun City which continues to grow from time to time. This study aims to find empirical evidence of the reasons coffee shop owners are interested in entering the coffee business. This research is focused on aspects of self-efficacy, innovation, and passion. This research is a quantitative using a saturated sample technique, namely observing all populations. This research was conducted in Madiun City with sample size of 50 coffee shop entrepreneurs. The research instrument test used validity and reliability tests, while the data analysis technique used was MRA. The results are: self-efficacy has no significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, innovation has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial interest, and passion does not mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and innovation on entrepreneurial interest.

This research is purposed to analyze the effect of FoMO to the conformity consumption behavior. Total samples used in this research is 150 respondents which comprised of 47 respondents with 5-7 times accessing social media and the rest of it more than 8 times accessing social media in a day. Using the convinience and purposive sampling technique, researcher gained 100%% response rate. All data are examined by multiple regression and provide significant effect of anxiety of isolation as the predictor of conformity consumption behavior.

The small footwear industry is a commodity that residents in Sooko, Mojokerto, can rely on. Affected by Covid-19, since May 2020 exports have had a significant effect on business continuity, while the local market was felt at the end of March. Buyers tended to cancel their orders and many craftsmen's businesses were closed. The canvas business model is an instrument in creating new businesses. To deal with new market situations, the blue ocean strategy is chosen then. In producing the BMC formula, several changes are made to: customer relationship in endorsement; stalls on the Channel; Key Activities in online sales and digital marketing as well as patent rights. Revenue Streams on product usage fees and licensing, then focusing on direct selling and indirect selling. Scale-up of efforts carried out in production & digital marketing collaboration. Increasing in brand & design patents and also sales platforms. The highest scale value is branding.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation terhadap kinerja perusahaan melaui absorptive capacity. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pada Hotel Non Bintang di Kepulauan Riau. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square Structural Equation Market (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan program SmartPLS Versi 3. Sampel penelitian ini adalah manajer/direktur hotel non bintang di Kepulauan Riau. Hasil penelitian ini adalah mengungkapkan bahwa market orientation berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan absorptive capacity berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Hasil lainnya adalah market orientation berpengaruh positif berpengaruh positif terhadap inovasi, entrepreneurial orientation berpengaruh positif terhadap inovasi, market orientation berpengaruh positif terhadap absorptive capabsorptive capacity, entrepreneurial orientation berpengaruh positif terhadap absorptive capacity. Pada penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan mediasi absorptive capacity

This research aims to provide an overview of the procedure of the financial comparison service process in the form of credit card comparisons and mortgage loan comparisons conducted digitally in Indonesia. This research used a qualitative method using the IDEF0 model. Current financial services have used digital technology. A large amount of financial services competition conducted by Fintech has been able to trim the existing process procedures. Credit card comparisons and mortgage loan comparisons can be done online. Innovations made by Fintech for financial services have cut downtime and a long process so far. The display of financial service process procedures in the IDEF0 model is expected to make it easier for consumers to understand the comparison process.

Financial distress is a condition of the company's financial performance which is marked by a decline in the company's net profit and the difficulty of the company paying short-term obligations and long-term obligations. This if allowed to drag on will cause the company to go bankrupt. There are various methods to predict company bankruptcy, namely the Altman, Zmijewski, Grover, Springate, Ohlson, and Zavgren methods. The purpose of this thesis is to determine the accuracy of financial distress analysis from various methods to predict bankruptcy.The research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The statistical analysis in this study uses the calculation of the company's financial ratios from each bankruptcy method, while the hypothesis test uses accuracy and type of error. The results of this study indicate that the Altman method has an accuracy of 80%. The Zmijewski method has an accuracy of 60%. The Grover method has an accuracy of 80%.The Springate method has an accuracy rate of 70%. Ohlson's method has an accuracy of 90%. The Zavgren method has an accuracy of 100%. From these results it can be concluded that the Zavgren method is the most accurate in predicting bankruptcy in Retail companies.

The aims of this research is to find out the empirical evidence of the factors affecting the financial reporting timeliness of food and beverage companies listed on Indonesia stock exchange. The factors tested in this research are profitability. The population of the research are 26 food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2019. Purposive sampling method were used to draw out the samples out of population. The hypotheses were tested using logistic regression at a 5 percent significance level. The results of the research indicated that the profitability, leverage and liquidity had no effect on the timeliness of financial reporting of the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
