This article presents a clinical case in a woman with a full two-legged uterus. This pathology in the patient was revealed by ultrasound examination in 2013. There is one spontaneous miscarriage in the anamnesis; later, the patient did not become pregnant with regular sexual activity without contraception. A comprehensive examination of the patient was carried out. It was decided to conduct a hysteroscopy, during which one cervical canal was identified, in the area of the internal pharynx, a division into two hemipolostas was visualized. In the future, the patient underwent Strassmanns reconstructive plastic surgery, which is the gold standard for this pathology. Laparatomic metroplasty is a safe and effective procedure for women with a bicornuate uterine malformation. The postoperative period was uneventful. A year later, the patient became pregnant in the natural cycle. Pregnancy proceeded without complications, culminating in the birth of a healthy child.

Due to few observations, a standard treatment scheme for metastatic cancer into urethra has not been developed yet. However it has become evident, that combined approach using neoadjuvant radiation or chemoradiotherapy together with surgical tumor removal, taking into account its location, size, local prevalence and metastases to regional lymph nodes, is much more effective. The article describes a clinical case of a secondary urethra metastatic lesion from bladder.

AbstractPlatelet-rich plasma (PRP) is an autogenously harvested liquid platelet concentrate extracted from a patient's peripheral blood that contains higher than baseline concentrations of growth factors and cytokines. This innovative new technology has demonstrated great promise in the field of plastic surgery, and its use has been evaluated in several clinical settings including wound healing, hair restoration, and skin rejuvenation. The goal of this article is to explain the biology behind PRP and to review the basic principles involved in its preparation. This will be followed by a discussion of some clinical applications of PRP in both aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.

Electrophysiological methods, such as electromyography and neuromyography, are traditionally recognized as the "gold standard" for detecting pathology of the peripheral nervous system. It should be noted, however, that the information obtained during the above examinations does not give an idea of the state of the surrounding tissues, does not indicate the nature and cause of damage to the nerve trunk, and does not always accurately reflect the localization of changes. At the same time, it is this information that helps to determine the tactics of conservative or surgical treatment of the patient. Ultrasound scanning is quite successfully used in the diagnosis of damage and diseases of the peripheral nerves. The article presents a clinical case of a diagnostic search for a causative disease in a patient with clinical symptoms of neuropathy of the peroneal nerve.
