Based on the research on development situation of college English teaching in computer network environment, the essential task of the thesis is to explore the ecological teaching model. In this paper, the author focuses on presenting the overall design process of empirical research
undertaken in the paper. Specific arrangements of the structure are as follows: firstly, to define the research questions and select proper research subjects, variables and research methods, then to list the design process and specific steps in great details. Finally to make a classified study
and ecological analysis based on the collected data and textual information.
