THE RESEARCH OBJECTIVES in this thesis is as evaluation of the implementation of Cloud Computing which has been in implementation in PT. Supranusa Sindata in order to develop into better again. METHODS were used in this study include the collection of journals and books as reference or grounding in analyzing. Data obtained from questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data were analyzed using factor analysis method after continued using regression analysis and designed with the IT Balanced Scorecard method. RESULTS OBTAINED is a form factor that can be used by PT. Supranusa Sindata to evaluate the implementation of Cloud Computing, technique systems engineering factors of cloud computing, cloud computing system management, performance measurement system of cloud computing, cloud computing system effectiveness. CONCLUSION with the model that can be used to evaluate the implementation of cloud computing and the design of strategic performance measurement using IT Balanced Scorecard is expected to grow so will affect the company's business performance and increase employee knowledge.

This chapter investigates how organizations have been adapting their performance measurement practices in response to their adoption of e-business in their business operations. It aims to identify the features and benefits of an effective e-business performance measurement system. Twelve organizations known to have had some success in developing performance measurement systems suitable for the online environment were studied. The researchers found that these organizations adopted an incremental rather than a radical approach to changing their performance measurement system for e-business, thereby avoiding the costs and disruption associated with the introduction of more complex performance metrics. Secondly, they eschewed the use of best practice recipes (such as the balanced scorecard). The study concludes that although these results may be at odds with the prescriptive generic performance measurement literature, they may be appropriate for the current state of development of e-business.

Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a well-known performance measurement tools and some researchers have highlighted its relevance to Institutions of Higher Learning (IHL). In order to response to the globalization phenomenon today, IHL must adopt the most suitable tool such as Performance Measurement System (PMS) in assessing academicians’ performance. The adoption of Strategic Performance Measurement System (SPMS), proven to realize significant cost saving, improve personal satisfactions and enhance organizational performances based on previous studies. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to determine the relationship between leadership, communication and academic qualification towards the adoption of BSC. Data were collected quantitatively through a survey questionnaire with the usable response rate of 78.57%. The descriptive results of this study revealed that the majority of academicians’ extensively agrees that the measurement used in the BSC are effective in assessing academicians’ performances. This finding also reveals that leadership, communication and academic qualification were significantly influenced the adoption of BSC. The findings from this study have advanced the literature on BSC especially in the education sector. It also provides a better understanding of BSC as the performance measurement tool in assessing academicians’ performance.

The balanced scorecard (BSC) is a strategic performance measurement system model that was introduced by Kaplan and Norton in 1992 and since then is well received by many worldwide organisations. This research seeked to understand the influences of corporate culture on BSC usage among Iraqi manufacturing firms. The research framework of this study is based on the contingency theory. Prior literature found that corporate culture is a contingent factor that is likely to influence the design and usage of performance measurement system such as BSC, in particular related to the diversity of measurement (Henri, 2006; Franco-Santos, 2007).   It is hypothesized that a better match between BSC and contextual variables such as corporate culture, leads to increased corporate performance (Fisher, 1998; Sila, 2007), while poor fit denotes diminished performance. This study has proposed one hypothesis and results indicated that there is a positive relationship between corporate culture and the use of BSC.
