The aim of this article is to fulfill assignment of education administration and supervision courses. The method used in writing this article is a literature study method, namely by collecting data from various literature sources. In the article explained that educators and education personnel are very important in implementing the learning process. The process of educators and education personnel administration covers the fields of procurement, placement and orientation. Based on this we can know that the role of the educators and education personnel in formal education in schools is very important and has a major influence in determining the achievement of educational goals.
