Abstract MUELLER Alloy 6750 (formerly MBCo 241A) is a moderately high-strength wrought manganese bronze possessing good torsional properties and general corrosion resistance. The material possesses excellent hot-working properties and is readily joined by either soldering, brazing or oxyacetylene welding. Its many uses include automotive clutch disks, shafting and valve stems and bodies. Abstract MUELLER Alloy 6421 is a modification of MUELLER Alloy No. 6420 (Alloy Digest Cu-266, February 1973). Alloy 6421 has the same general properties as Alloy 6420 but with somewhat superior ductility and resistance to corrosion.
