The calculation procedure of the trajectories of motion of the rigid rotor in the conical liquid friction bearings is offered. The equations set of motion is written for two-bearing rotor in the conical liquid friction bearings. The results are illustrated by the plots of trajectories for the conical bearings with oil lubricant.

Conformation of nicotinamide (I), 3-carbamoylpyridinium (IIa), 1-methyl-3-carbamoylpyridinium (IIb), and 1-methyl-1,4-dihydronicotinamide (IIIa) has been studied in the rigid rotor approximation on the basis of non-empirical STO-3G wave functions. The rotation barriers decrease in the order: IIIa > I ~ IIb > IIa. When confronted with semiempirical calculations, the conformation curves of molecular energy show a better qualitative similarity to the EHT than to NDDO and particularly to CNDO/2 curves. Relation of the calculated characteristics to experimental findings is discussed.

This article demonstrates new observation of the high-resolution ro-vibrational bichromatic photoassociation spectra (BPAS) of Cs2 in the 0u+ long-range state below the asymptotes 6S1/2 + 6P1/2. By combining with a modulation spectroscopic technique, precise references of the frequency differences have been engineered through the BPAS, with which the rotational constants of low-lying vibrational levels of the Cs20u+ long-range state have been accurately determined by fitting the frequency differences to the non-rigid-rotor model. The rotational constants for the newly observed seven ro-vibrational levels are summarized and disagreement for the level ῦ = 498 is clarified. The rotational constants of different vibrational levels demonstrate strong perturbations of the related energy structures. A simple analysis is performed and shows good agreement with experimental results.
