The method for calculating the parameters of the cylindrical throttling elements of the tipping teeth of a multi-toothed mandrel has been performed, which makes it possible to provide the required volume and distribution of the working medium flow supplied to the mandrel in the process of processing deep holes of long cylinders and to substantiate the division of the total flow into several different streams that provide throttling of the lubricating-cooling liquid (Coolant) when used in a lubricating and cooling technological environment (SOTS). It is assumed that the processing is carried out on the principles of combining the processes of vortex milling and surface plastic deformation (SPD) by the methods and method of helical interpolation presented in the description of the monograph. The research results based on the developed methodology for calculating the flow rate of the working medium in cylindrical throttling elements allows for further improvement of existing methods for processing deep holes, including improving the quality of high-precision precision pipes.

Obtaining of the quality of the inner surface of the hydraulic cylinders and its optimization is an urgent problem in the enterprise. The article presents the results of a study to improve the finishing process of deep holes in thin-walled sleeves. The authors used the combination of the cutting process and surface plastic deformation for improving metal processing. The selected main parameters for ensuring the quality of the surface are roughness index and the value of internal stresses in the surface layer of hydraulic cylinders. To determine the hardening depth of the inner surface of the deep hole of the liner, the oblique thin section method was used. A mathematical model of the combined processing was obtained. The research results make it possible to recommend combined hole processing that combines cutting and plastic deformation. The results obtained in this work will improve the processing of deep holes of hydraulic cylinders, and the developed mathematical model has practical and theoretical scientific value.

Technological potentialities at finish-strengthening processing of low-rigid parts of shaft- and axle types with local ways of machining impact are rather limited. In the paper there are considered new ways for strengthening allowing obtaining qualitative surface strengthening in machine parts at high productivity of an engineering procedure.
