In this paper, an iterative process for a hybrid pair of a finite family of generalized I-asymptotically nonexpansive single-valued mappings and a finite family of generalized nonexpansive multi-valued mappings is established. Moreover, the weak convergence theorems and strong convergence theorems of the proposed iterative process in Banach spaces are proven. The examples are established for supporting our main results. The obtained results can be viewed as an improvement and extension of the several results in the literature.

In this paper, we construct an iterative process involving a hybrid pair of a Bregman strongly nonexpansive single-valued mapping and a finite family of Bregman relative nonexpansive multi-valued mappings and prove strong convergence theorems of the proposed iterative process in reflexive Banach spaces under appropriate conditions. Our main results can be viewed as an improvement and extension of the several results in the literature.

We provide an iterative process which converges strongly to a common fixed point of finite family of asymptoticallyk-strict pseudocontractive mappings in Banach spaces. Our theorems improve and unify most of the results that have been proved for this important class of nonlinear operators.

We unify all known iterative methods by introducing a new explicit iterative scheme for approximation of common fixed points of finite families of total asymptoticallyI-nonexpansive mappings. Note that such a scheme contains a particular case of the method introduced by (C. E. Chidume and E. U. Ofoedu, 2009). We construct examples of total asymptotically nonexpansive mappings which are not asymptotically nonexpansive. Note that no such kind of examples were known in the literature. We prove the strong convergence theorems for such iterative process to a common fixed point of the finite family of total asymptoticallyI-nonexpansive and total asymptotically nonexpansive mappings, defined on a nonempty closed-convex subset of uniformly convex Banach spaces. Moreover, our results extend and unify all known results.

We first prove the existence of solutions for a generalized mixed equilibrium problem under the new conditions imposed on the given bifunction and introduce the algorithm for solving a common element in the solution set of a generalized mixed equilibrium problem and the common fixed point set of finite family of asymptotically nonexpansive mappings. Next, the strong convergence theorems are obtained, under some appropriate conditions, in uniformly convex and smooth Banach spaces. The main results extend various results existing in the current literature.

We study a strong convergence for a common fixed point of a finite family of quasi-Bregman nonexpansive mappings in the framework of real reflexive Banach spaces. As a consequence, convergence for a common fixed point of a finite family of Bergman relatively nonexpansive mappings is discussed. Furthermore, we apply our method to prove strong convergence theorems of iterative algorithms for finding a common solution of a finite family equilibrium problem and a common zero of a finite family of maximal monotone mappings. Our theorems improve and unify most of the results that have been proved for this important class of nonlinear mappings.
