This paper first briefly introduces the Petri net, and then studied in detail according to the selected object-oriented Petri net modeling method. This paper improve the object-oriented Petri net modeling method, and study the modeling and operation steps in details. Finally this paper build a computer network TCP/IP protocol model based on the object oriented Petri net. The model prove to be a good simulation to the computer network and the improved modeling method is also a valid method for further object oriented Petri net modeling.

This article puts forward object-oriented Petri net modeling method, which possesses good encapsulation and modularity compared with current ordinary modeling method. On the macro level, it divides the re-entrant lines into different object modules according to the technology, so that the complexity of models is largely reduced through message delivery between objects. In the micro level, it explains objects' internal operational mechanism, in another word, each object's internal operation cannot be affected by other objects and environment. At last, it makes modeling and dynamic analysis by taking LED chips' processing flow for example, showing that re-entrant lines model based on object-oriented Petri net possesses good modeling ability.

Supply chain planning and control approaches need to include a wide range of factors in order to optimize production. Supply chain simulation modeling has been identified as a potential methodology toward increasing the efficiency of current systems to this end. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the impact of inventory management decisions on supply chain performance using a Colored Petri Net based simulation modeling method. The presented method uses hierarchical timed Colored Petri Nets to model inventory management in a multi-stage serial supply chain, under normal operating conditions, and under the presence of disruptions, for both traditional and information sharing configurations. Disruptions are introduced as canceled orders and canceled deliveries, in a time period. Supply chain performance has been evaluated, in the context of order variance amplification and stockout amplification. Validation of the method is done by comparing results obtained for the bullwhip effect with published literature results, as well as by state space analysis results.

Emergency communication refers to the appearance of natural or man-made sudden emergencies, which comprehensively use various communication resources to guarantee the emergency rescue and necessary communication. Emergency communication system requires not only mobile, but also rapid response and wide range. According to these requirements, the paper establishes a process model based on Object-oriented Petri net. The application shows that the model can be used to conveniently describe the dynamic and uncertainty characteristics of emergency communication tasks, which can reduce the complexity of process organization and provide the conditions for fast restructuring and integrating functions of module tasks.

The process time of aircraft assembly line is easily influenced by the efficiency of workers, the supply circumstance of components and the assembly quality. While the aircraft assembly line is hardly to reconfigure after it is in use, in order to optimize the assembly line before its application, a new object-oriented modeling method based on hierarchy and stochastic petri net has been put forward in this paper. The behavior and the structural characteristics of the model have been analyzed according to the solution of linear invariant. Finally, the model of aircraft wing assembly line has been established as an example, which proves the feasibility of the modeling method.
