With the rapid consumption of resources and heavy air pollution caused by traditional vehicles, Electrical Vehicles(EVs) have become more and more important than any other time. However, the network management of traditional vehicles can not meet the requirement of EVs. The paper proposes a network structure of EVs which can effectively and separately control the state of the network segment. The network comprise several segments which communicated with one another by at least one gateway. In this paper, 4 working modes of EVs are defined, the network manager(gateway) can switch its subscribers on or off the line depends on its working mode. The network management proposed by this paper has advantage of more effective controlling and reduce power consumption. To verify this method, the simulation is set up and the test result testifies the reliability and validity of the network management.

With the complexity of power network, request for communication network of electric power has been improved gradually. Network management system (NMS), as an important part of power communication network, can realize monitoring of the network operation and achieve a rational allocation of resources. To ensure the safety operation of NMS, assessment should be given. This paper combines the indexes and algorithm to give an effective analysis to reliability and validity of the system, which can realize comprehensive evaluation and provide effective monitoring to the safe operation of NMS.

High-capacity OLT equipments are widely used in modern communication network. Among the communication equipments, realization of alarm function has an important research significance and wide application prospect. The article simply introduces the demand of alarm of OLT devices and simple network management protocol SNMP and explains the method of realizing alarm information by using SNMP trap. It also introduces the construction of trap message and explains the process and action of network management system after receiving trap information in detail, as a result, realizes the alarm design of high-capacity OLT equipment.

Until now Intelligent network technology has been widely used in the communication network. Most of the traditional network management system used c/s mode, and deployment is not convenient. When device warns, operators will face a lot of alarms, and unable to determine the cause of the accident quickly. In this paper, intelligent alarm function design based on RIA / Flex for the power communication network has visual user level and deployment convenience. The alarm of network management is classed based on the business features. Mechanisms are presented in the paper for the filtering, detection and display of alarm information and monitoring of the electric power communication devices. We establish intelligent alarm system for power communication network based on RIA technology.

The power communication network is a separate network from the power grid whose primary purpose is to ensure the power grid's safe operation. This paper expounds the composition of the comprehensive network management architecture of the power communication data network and the implementation of the data acquisition module in the network management system through theoretical analysis, for the reference of relevant personnel, in order to better promote the collection of power grid communication network data.
